I've been here 4 years, and have been extremely happy. The office staff is wonderful - they do a super job of responding quickly and efficiently. Maintenance is there when needed super-fast.
Cascades at Jordan Creek has some great floor plans and the distinguishing factor here is the fantastic customer service by Apartment manager Courtney and her team Mallory in leasing office and Jamie in Maintenance . We are very happy staying here and would definitely recommend staying here !
Cascades at Jordan Creek is truly a jewel in the heart of West Des Moines. Pros - 1.) Super friendly manager (Courtney) and staff (Nicole, Kaitlin). Not only when you are moving in but also when you are moving out. That’s a rare. 2.) Newly built, excellent quality of the apartments and a definite value for money. 3.) Unfortunately, we had to terminate our lease due to job change. a.) Crystal clear lease breakage policies. We had to pay $1000 for lease breakage in which the staff helped rent our apartments. The process was seamless, they found another renter well in time and no extra penalty for move out. b.) The staff was so helpful, that one of the staff executive’s even tried to help me finding another job in West Des Moines through her personal reference. c.) The staff went over and above to help us while vacating the apartment - I even requested if they could help load my 2 cars since the trucker was getting delayed. They said yes without any hesitation. d.) Finally, the move out check came out at time. No unreasonable deduction was made as the manager noticed the apartment was left in clean condition. Again, very few people/ companies realize and accept that. Cons - 1.) Ideally, not a biggie. There’s was no permanent dumpster in the apartment. The garbage trucks used to come every week and re-cycle every other week and take the trash from outside the garages. Wish they can/have increased the frequency. - Sheetul Ahluwalia
