North Kissimmee is filled with entertainment for residents and tourists. If you’re looking for shopping, dining, carnival rides and more, then check out Old Town. The old-timey carnival rides and classic car shows are great attractions to the area. Popular dining spots for entertainment are Capone’s Dinner and Show and Medieval Times. Capone’s is a 30’s Chicago-themed dinner theater that is a wonderful source for entertainment near Lake Cecile. Medieval Times offers a dining experience while watching a theatrical jousting match in a castle-like venue.
Family-friendly spots are all around town, including Congo River Golf, an adventure-themed mini-golf course with waterfalls and gator feedings. Falcon’s Fire Golf Course offers a beautiful course and delicious restaurant on the northwest end of North Kissimmee. Find your North Kissimmee apartment so you can join this lively neighborhood.

Property Ratings at Cascades at Kissimmee
This not a rental comunity. Its ahomewoners comunity that rent to peole. Some owners live there. This is a condominium wich is owner based. And not apartment comunity as rental.
If I can save someone why not that’s why I’m going to write it here. Let me start off by saying this living here is worst then living in projects! They don’t fix anything when you need them to and the roaches are just unbelievable. When you move in you won’t see one because they will fumigate and make sure it’s clean before you move in but as days and weeks and months past omg the amount of roaches are Indescribable! Don’t rent from here you will regret it I promise you!
There's a lot of potholes in the roadway all throughout the complex. There are maintenance workers out a few times a week to pick up the garbage, change the garbage bins, and mow the grass. There is a large dumpster/compactor at the front of the complex where you can take your garbage but it's often overloaded and people will throw their trash on the ground and stairs in front of it, it's very unsanitary. There are some nice water features and ducks & turtles that live in them but the water often has trash floating in it. The club house/office is closed and gives no indication of when it will reopen. It's been closed for at least ten months at the time of this writing. The current management is housed offsite elsewhere in Kissimmee, at the AMG (Association Management Group of Central Florida) office near downtown. All of the condos are independently owned so you won't have any luck contacting the management looking for a place to live. The biggest problem with living here is the already mentioned absence of any on-site management, since there's no one to enforce the rules & regulations of the complex the residents do as they please. People will blast loud bass and shake your walls/floors and litter as they please around the complex. The management company is sure to try and take your money though, as it costs $15 to get a mail key for a mailbox and you have to purchase another key for using the complex's on-site pool. Hopefully the management will return and place someone on-site who enforces the rules to keep the complex from turning into a slum.
Cheap but only common problem around here and most of the neighbors everyone's aware ... There's roaches! Please look really good before you rent a place. Pools nice, neighbors nice but the roaches it the only thing that bothers me if not I would have stayed in my 2/1 here since it's so cheap!!! Just a warning would of been nice for someone to warn you.
I LOVE MY APARTMENT BECAUSE IT IS SO CONVENIENTLY LOCATED BY SCHOOLS, STORES, MALLS, DOCTOE OFFICES, RESTAURANTS, FAST FOODS. JUST A LITTLE BIT OF EVERYTHING SO CLOSE.
I love this place. Is quiet and the landlords are simply awesome. They resolve any issues in a timely matter and they are very helpful if it's needed. The apartment complex is always Maintained clean. Been here for 3 years now. I've enjoyed my stay.
I have been renting my 2 bd 1 bath apartment for almost 3 water is included, washer and dryer hookup, screened in patio, inside the bedrooms I have one walk-in closet in master bedroom, and other bedroom regular size closet. In my bathroom I have two sinks and cabinets directly beneath them. when I moved in the floors had just been newly renovated and walls were painted a beige color. The kitchen is outdated could use some work, the counter tops are scratched up, and the dishwasher needs to be replaced due to when I moved in it had moldy water residue so I never used it. Overall it is very spacious and has high ceilings due to my apartment being on the third floor.
The apartment complex where I currently reside is very quiet even though it is located in the heart of Kissimmee. Everything you could possible need from supermarket to clothing stores is just literally minutes away. There are even some special spots, like my dunkin donuts, which is walking distance if need be. My building is right at the entrance with the pool, the mailboxes and even the trash area soo soo close. I love it there.
