'-Loud neighbors next door and upstairs (3rd floor) past 10 pm, (slamming doors extremely loudly and violently) -neighbors smoking weed (first floor) you can smell it in the whole building 9.
Mariel really helped the move-in process go smoothly and always reassured or answered our questions. Her warm welcome in was perfect and really solidified why we wanted to pick this place. The gorgeous layout and amenities were a plus which are important when deciding to live somewhere 24/7! Very happy with our experience
After living here for a few months (7 to be exact), here are some things i think everyone should know before moving here. Traffic is horrible. Construction is obviously taking place on i35 right in front of the property, which means traffic is horrible on the access road at almost all times of the day. The construction also leads to very loud noise, also throughout the day, I would recommend a unit away from the freeway. In order to get to the property, if coming from Austin, you have to pass the property about a mile, mile and a half, do a turnaround then go back that mile, mile and a half to get to the property, and there is only one way in, and one way out. It has become an inconvenience to me. Maintenance will take days to complete your work order. Nothing really "luxury" about the property. Units are pretty basic. New but basic. Pool is nice, but doesn't go deeper than 3-4 feet. Only have 2 grills and they run out of propane pretty frequently. I've gone to use it a couple times and propane either is empty or runs out while I'm using it. Gym is basic, have just enough equipment to say they have a gym, good enough for cardio and some strength training but nothing too exciting about the gym. Dog park is small and basic. Parking policy is strict. One vehicle per lease holder, any extra vehicle is $40/month. Visitor parking policy is strict, vehicles must register each time (24 hour period) and same vehicle may only be registered 7 times each month. Very inconvenient if you have a partner, or just someone who visits often. Overall, its an okay community, but will not be renewing my lease here once its time.
It gets better by the day. it’s extremely quiet here and i feel safe living here ! Management and maintenance are top tier. They are prompt on any issues you have.

Cascades has been great for us so far! Just moved in recently but we are loving it! The leasing team has been so accommodating and easy to work with, especially Keda! Maintenance staff is friendly and efficient with request! Specifically, OJ has been a great help with little issues around the apartment! Apartments are brand new and very nice and location is great. I can’t recommend this place enough!
We don’t hate it here. I just think this place is not very family friendly since the focus is more on luxury. My kids don’t really Have anywhere to play because there’s no playground and our yard just got cut after being here for two weeks, not to mention it’s flooded and has yet to dry up. We’ve had many issues with pests since moving in, that haven’t seemed to have gotten any better so it’s pretty frustrating. I’m in a constant panic because I have small children who are showing up with small bug bites or are playing in an area and there’s ants and spiders in the apartment. It’s just not what we were expecting when we moved here
Great place to live. I’ve only been here a couple weeks and I absolutely love it. Peaceful and quiet and serene. A real sense of coming home to my space. Love it. Thank you.
I wake up everyday and am in love with my place. My Locator Hannah really did her thing recommending the Cascades to me ! The leasing Team are a top notch crew. i wanted to view my apartment and was going to be there close to closing time but Marielle told me to still come. She had no issue showing my children and I our new home PLUS the amenities! Even on move in day, Adam stayed late to get my keys ! I recommend this community to everyone ! I love it here !
although they could be a little more on top of the cleanliness of the walkways in certain buildings, overall a great community to live in. be prepared to hear the highway traffic and construction (if your unit is closest to the freeway). apartment units themselves are brand new and very nice, maintenance is excellent when it comes to placing work orders.

Great experience living here so far! Keda and Mariel were very accommodating, patient, and friendly during the move-in process, addressing all my questions and concerns and even staying after-hours to give me my keys when I was delayed in getting to the complex on move-in day. Julio in maintenance has been very quick, communicative, reliable, and efficient in addressing any maintenance issues I've had with the apartment, getting anything I've requested done within a couple days and keeping me informed. The complex is very clean, quiet, and feels safe to live at. Highly recommend!
