Property Ratings at Cascara Canyon Apartments
No on-site office and when you send emails leave messages and text messages they are not returned . Also there is a major animal issue with animals regularly roaming the hallways
Welcome to the Wild Wild West. This apartment complex is lawless. Rules are not enforced, so you can basically do whatever you want. As long as you pay the rent, you’ll be allowed to stay here. You’ve got some very poor inconsiderate residents here that can easily make you living experience absolutely horrifying. Parking here is atrocious. Walls are paper thin. There is no leasing office or a semi-present leasing manager who checks up on the property. The only bright aspect of the whole place is the excellent maintenance man Cody. Do yourself a favor and when you’ve had a long day at work, don’t choose to have this be the place you come home too. You’ll be miserable!
Cascara Canyon are nice apartments located on not far from downtown Martinez. A small, friendly community with the only drawback, onsite management is slow to forgetful. I've been waiting for 5 months to have a light fixture repaired/replaced. I have lovely wires hanging from the ceiling, I'm pretty sure he forgot about me. I guess he'll be forced to fix it when I give my move out notice
