People in charge are getting very strict with some policies that weren’t there when I decided to move and live here. It’s getting ridiculous, and makes me want to move somewhere else where people are more flexible and understand how to live in these communities, specially since most of the people living in Miami are Latinos.

Las instalaciones muy lindas y limpias. Los vecinos todo mal, no recogen lo de sus perros, siempre hay basura en los pasillo, la recolección de basura es una locura ya a las 5 pm cuando la vas a sacarla ha pasado la recolección y te quedas con la basura. Te hacen pagar un servicio de $ 75 de estacionamiento que no funciona, la gente se paran donde quieren. En general muy lindo pero cosas que mejorar.

The price is too high for the features they took away. Dog poop/pee everywhere. Somehow they managed to ruin the amenities. Most of gaming equipment was taken away. No one cleans the pool. No parking spaces if you come home after 8pm. Will NOT renew my lease. 3k for 1br is ridiculous

Continue to be problems with people smoking on the property, residents leaving trash outside their door on days with no scheduled pickup, large group gathering in common areas making a lot of noise late in the evening, and residents playing loud music in their apartments so loud it can be heard outside.

hello, my experience has improved as in the beginning I had leased an apartment closer to 82nd avenue and It was a bit noisy for me due to running traffic on that road. So now that I am away from it, it feels peaceful :) In general, I feel I have everthing I need in this area, such as restaurants, supermarkets, beauty salons, pharmacies, gas stations, shopping, even public transportation, etc, so I feel this is a great location. Inside the unit, it's comfortable, modern, and outside the unit, we have a good gym, and a good pool and meeting area. All in all is a good place to live.

Horrible to find parking at nights, the WiFi you pay for is down most of the time. Common areas require electric keys and the randomly block the access. Pet friendly and no cleaning service so some times you see disgusting things in the halls. Many more

Love our apartment layout and the modern fixtures. The amenities are nice as well and I enjoy the gym here. The biggest issue I have after living here 9 months is the Wifi. It’s often spotty and since I work from home it’s an issue. With the new management I am holding out hope things will improve. I do miss the community events we used to have such as Yoga and Group Fitness.

The new management has been great in trying to make the current residents feel good about living at Casero. In general, this is a great community, within a walking distance from shops, supermarkets, restaurants, beauty and nail salons. Inside the community is nice and quiet. Maintenance is good, internet service has improved. All in all is a good place to live in.

Horrible place to live, there is no parking and the internet it is down at least 3 days per week I was counting the days to move out of that place, they will charge you fees for everything, I had a plumbing problem in my apartment that was not solved for a year, this is a horrible place to live.

I love my apartment, but since the new management took over, we face a lot of issues. No more stable wifi, tgere is literally no internet after 6pm. All the activities for residents were canceled. It's been 4 months since they removed grills. It's impossible to find a parking spot when getting back home. Airways became dirty, valet trash doesn't work properly, etc. It's kinda pricey for such a downgrade

The apartment comple is located in a good community. Apartment is spaciouse with a great kitchen for entertaining! The pool is beautifu and the neighbors are very friendly.

Change of management was terrible . Extremely dirty community . The cleaning crew was let go since then a complete mess. The issue with dogs peeing everywhere and no cleaning.

The community has changed management (and name) and things have gotten worse. We pay $65 for "internet" but it's so bad that I cannot have Netflix on while I'm on my computer answering emails. It is either one or the other, lagging and incredibly slow. They claim that it's the previous management's fault for the deal they originally made with AT&T but before the new management took over this was never an issue. The resident events are completely gone. We pay $30 for trash service for the trash to rarely get picked up or delayed at 10 pm. Parking is a nightmare. If you leave your job past 6 pm, don't expect to find any parking when you arrive home because you will not find any. Hallways are dirty, elevators aren't clean outside or inside, dog poop and pee everywhere, people smoking in their balconies/patios even though it's a "smoke-free" community. And where is management, WHERE? Nowhere to be found. Good luck getting any issues resolved because if you call they will not answer.

Excelentes apartamentos, espaciosos y con todo lo necesario, excelentes áreas comunes, piscina, gimnasio abierto las 24 horas y permiten mascotas. Lo menos bueno que No hay puesto fijo de estacionamiento para 1 carro.

Horrible place to live. Bags of trash piled up in the breezeways in front of many apartments, neighbors playing loud music all times of the day and night, people smoking and using illegal drugs on balconies and patios, vehicles crashing the entrance gates.

After new management took over the building went to hell. No control on any of the residents. leasing office staff is rude. Parking has become impossible, and residents have taken to improvise parking spots all over the compound. hallways are disgusting and have not been cleaned in ages. Sun deck chair have been removed. to the point were you find resident loading motorcycles in the elevators.

Lamento dar 2 estrellas pues desde el cambio administrativo han desmejorado en varios aspectos. Hay personas fumando en los alrededores aun sabiendo ser una Comunidad libre de humo. Los pasillos se encuentran sucios. Las parrilleras no funcionan. Algunos vecinos no respetan los horarios de recolección de basura y tiene uno que exponer y lidiar a nuestros visitantes con estos desacatos. Los eventos sociales que se hacían durante el mes ya no los hacen incluyendo los boot camp; los cuales eran de gran entretenimiento, socialización con los vecinos y despojamiento de stress dichas actividades recreacionales. Deseo de corazón que estas irregularidades se solventen.

Antes yo daba 5 stars pero ahora no tenemos barbecue, los pasillos del edificio están sucios, el vecino coloca la basura la sacan desde el viernes y sábado y el wifi es muy débil y deficiente por lo tanto no puedo dar mas que 2 stars.

Love our apartment layout and the modern fixtures. The amenities are nice as well and I enjoy the gym here. The biggest issue I have after living here 6 months is the Wifi. It’s often spotty and since I work from home it’s an issue. With the new management I am holding out hope things will improve. I do miss the community events we used to have such as Yoga and Group Fitness.

The cons are starting to overpower the pros by living here. The pros when we first moved in was that the community/building/amenities was/were brand new, however with the majority of units being filled now that all buildings are complete and open, one of the only pros of living here is slowly turning to a con since now the community is leaving trash around, and the overall common areas are constantly dirty. Parking is also an issue if you arrive later on in the evening. Assigned parking would definitely help. The internet may be the worst and most unpleasant part of living here. My building (and surrounding buildings) have terrible internet. Sometimes even had to watch Netflix without constant interruptions. The package room is an absolute mess the majority of the time, making it difficult to find packages. It’s actually been a while but the continuous “annual inspections” where they come into your unit every month got old really quick. Location may be the only benefit left.

Internet service is bad. It became impossible to work from home. Gate is constantly broken/opened. New management canceled residents' events. Sad.

Overall the apartments are great. they are new and with modern appliances. I live in a one bedroom and it’s spacious model that I believe is the amethyst. The community is pleasant overall, there is some pros and cons like every else. First of all, although the location is central, the surrounding area isn’t that pleasant for what the price of rent. The amenities such as the pool, gym, and clubhouse are nice however relatively small compared to the number of units and population and can easily feel overcrowded. Overall it’s been a nice experience living here, always room for improvement.

This place is the worst. The internet sucks and nothing has been done to improve it. Dogs do their business in the hallways and elevators and no one ever cleans it. They never answer the phone in the office so who knows if anyone is working there. There is never any parking in the evenings. they suddenly stopped all the community events which was the only nice thing about this place. Trash piles up in the halls and nothing is done about it. New management announced themselves with a piece of paper stuck to the door and we never heard from them again

Overall an excellent place to live with great amenities and great location. Parking seems to be a problem if not back early and trash collection is not consistent even tho we are charged monthly.

I don’t know why they offer “good internet connection” and you can not even watch a video on YouTube. It is so annoying that while you are watching something it constantly stop because internet sucks.

honestly the apartments and community are extremely beautiful and worth the money but what makes it unbearable for me is how horrible the internet is. if you are someone that needs reliable or good internet then i strongly suggest not living here. other than that i would give this place 5/5 stars.
