Casitas Del Este

My room had black mold that was spreading everywhere, and they never fixed it. Never got my deposit back when everything was in perfect condition from how i got it to how i left it. Gate is always broken and hits your car.

They just want money raise the rent nothing ever open like you can use the gym or pool ever

When we first moved it management was good, maintenance was timely, and communication was very effective. I tried to renew my lease at the time new management came in and then things went south. They sent me to collections???

Always very peaceful and staff extremely friendly! Maintenance personnel always on time as well.

I moved in about a month ago more or less I have to say the office personnel, maintenance, and the property itself is amazing. I am truly very happy the apartment is beautiful very well kept up with and the service is prompt and efficient. Couldn’t have chosen a better place to call home!

Our stay here at the Casitas Del Este has been wonderful, warming, and most importantly safe. It has made us feel safe and protected thank you to the gate community environment. Management always insures that our satisfaction is up to par. My kids love going out to play in the park here in the complex. 1 through 10 we give the playground area a 10! On my husbands day off we always head to the pool to cool off on a hot day where it's nice, clean every-time we go, and have enjoy our time with the kids in the water. We are able to snack and bring our own floats and toys for the kids to play. Our favorite part about the pool grounds is the jacuzzi. The maintenance in the area is always up to par. It's neighborhood friendly, our neighbors are very kind and home welcoming. Never had a problem as long as we been staying here. It's nice. It's safe. It's home. We thank you for everything. It is definitely recommendable for anyone looking for a home. Thank you Casitas Del Este for allowing our family to experience a our first home the way we did!

The price and apartments are great, exterior and interior looks great, they seem to be new units plus all of them are downstairs which is awesome!

My daughter and I were looking for a fresh start. I looked at several apartments before I found Casitas Del Este, in comparison to the rest that I viewed, Casitas had the most space, amenities and included a utility bill. My daughter loves the pool and the playground. Since I have become a tenant the staff has been very attentive to our needs and helpful with any questions we may have. What I like most is that the apartment feels more like a home, and that there are no tenants upstairs making noise, it is all one level and my daughter and I have been living comfortably since we moved in. I highly recommend Casitas Del Este! :)

The management in here tries every possible way to irritate the peaceful environment. Right after I left the facility they gave the bill to collection without any notice

Casitas Del Este was my worst apartment leasing experience in my life. First of all there were so many cockroaches in my apartment everyday. The maintenance services were horrible, they would schedule an appointment with you and no solutions to most of my maintenance issues at the apartment. I wish I could rate with a 0(zero) star because this current management doesn't deserve even one star. They deserve negative stars. The manager is immature and unprofessional. She acts like a dictator. She is free most of the times and she doesn't want to talk to one of the tenants or when she does not want to face an apartment related issue, she tries to avoid it. When I did the walk through with on July 31, 2017. She did mention one thing but when I got the balance letter(final bill) it had multiple things listed on that letter saying that I have to pay those charges. My wife called her and asked why we were billed for multiple things and her answer was it was dirty and that's the cost of cleaning. She also mentioned that she had evidence(pictures), but we have evidence too, we took pictures. We wanted to compare our pictures with hers, but she rejected and didn't want to do it. Because she said that we already moved out and walk through had been conducted. It was a stupid and childish response. I mean if you are professional manager then you should consider comparing the evidence. This is the worst management there ever could be. Horrible management and the manager is filled in with negative manners and she does not know how to treat her costumers(tenants).

The apartment management team sucks, not helpful. Sometimes I am thinking that they are trying to destroy the company. When it comes to discussing an issue with them, they keep saying about policies and the owner of the company (Innovative Management), however escalating the issue to the owners or any supervisor is impossible. They are trying to keep you away from their supervisors not to escalate the issue. I am really sorry about the property owners because they are completely working with the wrong management. The only problem with the apartments is the management company, which can make your days horrible. Especially the last one is not taking care of the buildings, they do not have a cleaning person as before. They do not address your requests, "They will always call you back" but it does not happen.

These apartments are in a good community and great place and the apartments are so beautiful but I wish they had more employees
