Casoleil is a place that my wife and two young kids has called home for the past 3 years. It's a nice friendly community with many families and Military. It's close to all the stores you need. 1 month in the apartments and I love it so far, so calm and peaceful. I would suggest to install elevators would make it easier when taking groceries/or bags , heavy furniture etc upstairs.

I've lived here happily for 17 years and don't know what else I can say if that doesn't tell you that I'm very satisfied with the complex management and maintenance staff. Everyone is friendly and professional as well as conscientious in service and work. I also enjoy the location kind of out of the way from where a lot of apartment communities are. The shopping center that begins adjacent to the property is a big plus as well with a supermarket Walmart home Depot and many others including some eateries.

For the price I pay for a one bedroom the value is not there. Appliances are old and out dated, kitchen sink needs changed, carpet is outdated (most places have tile or hardwood.

Appliances are very old ; maintenance service avoid to replace parts are not working.

It?s a lovely apartment. It just is to expensive especially without the appliances being updated . For that price range the white appliances should be a cheaper marketed rate so people can actually have the choice.

Only downside is there is not cell phone reception its a dead zone
Neighbors are always loud and we make complaints and absolutely nothing is done about it.
Most services I have requested were completed in a timely and professional manner.
Nice community and nice neighbors. Apartment appliances are old and outdated.
Very expensive but does not feel luxurious. For example the features in apt is very standard.
Lack of security. My vehicle has been vandalized twice; submitted police report. Homeless people scatter trash sifting through trash.
