Consistently ranking as one of the best places to live in the country, Murfreesboro is growing fast – and for good reason! Settled in 1811, this city was named for a Revolutionary War hero, and it’s held its historic roots ever since. Residents can explore the city’s local history at a variety of museums, including the Oaklands Historic Museum, the Bradley Academy Museum, and the Stones River National Battlefield. Murfreesboro is also home to Middle Tennessee’s only Museum of Natural History.
For those who enjoy cultural events and entertainment, the Murfreesboro Center for the Arts hosts concerts, live theater performances, and more. Enjoy the local events around the city, such as the Main Street Music Jazzfest and the International Folk Fest! Murfreesboro’s local university, Middle Tennessee State University, is growing just as quickly as the city itself. This top-notch institution is known for its programs in aerospace and music, and adds to the artistic charm of Murfreesboro.

Property Ratings at Cason Ridge Apartments
List of things that you may want to consider before wanting go live here! Raised rent just a year after opening of approximately $50 across the board; vandalism is not a concern for management due to parents letting their children as young as 4 to run around and do whatever they want despite numerous warnings from property manager; management company "HUFF MANAGEMENT " cannot not keep employees here to include maintenance, property manager and property cleaner; no real consequences for lease violators that their actions infringe on other renters; ALL WALLS inside and outer walls are painfully thin; you can literally hear everything inside and out; this entire property is always littered and the grass looks dead 365 days a year; just not worth it...you have been warned.
I can’t say enough about the value and the beauty!!! Regular inspections insure that everything is being kept up nicely. There are restrictions for all tenants to adhere to. Like keep your unit clean. Keep porches uncluttered! No one can complain about that. The CH&A returns vent filters are changed every month which keeps your units air cleaner. Great for people with allergies. The cost is income based. There’s no way I could have rented anywhere this nice and afford it. It’s convient to shopping and some fast food places. They provide a very nice washer/dryer in a large laundry room. I feel blessed to have such a nice home!! The new manager is on top of everything. Hope she stays!
The absolute worst apartment I've ever lived in. The floor board's and walls are cheaply made, seem like they're made of paper (LITERALLY). You hear everything from the neighbor's on the phone, having sex, talking to their kid's, anything you can think of, you can hear it. You have neighbor's that play their music or tv loud purposely and have no respect for your privacy. There is really nowhere for the kid's to play, there's a playground area but it's for kid's 8 yrs of age or younger so the kid's that are older or longer interested in that type of playing, they play in the breezeway of the apartment's or the freaking parking lot. Also there is no speeding limit sign's in the parking lot, so people speed like bats out of hell. The office and "investor's" do monthly inspections of all 112 apartment's, which is inconvenient to because some residents work 2nd and 3rd shift, so they interrupt your sleep or privacy, either way. I understand the sinspections to make sure resident's are staying within the guidelines but inspection the one's who have continuous lease violations or put them out. I work hard to give my kid's a roof over there head but I wouldn't move my dead dog here or recommend anyone here. Only plus about Cason Ridge apartment's is the space of the apartment itself. SPEND THE EXTRA MONEY AND FIND SOME WHERE YOU CAN HAVE A PEACE OF MIND AND QUIET!!! I am moving out before my one year lease is up!!
Unsatisfied with the current leading manager. They say they want this place to feel like home but it doesn’t. Due to poor management. DO NOT LIVE HERE NOT WORTH IT
Beautiful apartments! We’ve been waiting since February to move in and call one of these apartments our home! The previous leasing agent Ashlee was slow to process everything and it took months. As soon as the new leasing Agent Cathy took over we were reapplied, approved, and keys in hand within a week and half! We now get to call these apartments our home. We have a 3 bed 3 bath and it is more ham enough room for myself and my children. Very excited to live here for the foreseeable future! ??
