Property Ratings at Cassia Apartments
I have been living in this complex for just under 6 months and the management is horrible. They never answer their phones, mainly because they are never in office. You can hear everything that your neighbors are doing, and I don’t just mean your immediate neighbor. I mean the whole street. Don’t bother involving management, you’ll just end up with a supposed housing violation. Just wait until you spend your first weekend here, just try to sleep and tell me how that works out. The apartments haven’t been properly renovated (you know, more than just a coat of paint) since the 1980s.

We're truly sorry to hear about your negative experience and the issues you've encountered with noise and our management. Thank you for bringing these concerns to our attention, and we will strive to address them promptly.
Soo many Roaches...no parking (for guests..literally no parking)...no Basketball rims...no workout room...only one family at the pool at a time...people park in the firelanes all over the complex....people drink in the cars all day and you see people peeing between cars....whole complex smells terrible
Cassia is an excellent place to call home! From the beginning of when we lived there until the end, we truly enjoyed our stay. The front office crew of Brenda, Julia, and Susie as well as the maintenance staff of Thomas and Oscar, we’re exemplary! Highly recommend checking out this place for a friendly community.

Cassia is a beautiful complex with wonderful management. Even the maintenance crew seem very nice. The apartments are upgraded and beautiful. Guest parking is a bit of an issue, but otherwise it's a lovely place to live.

Es un buen lugar solo que el problema de parqueo le quita valor y a veces las personas que trabajan en la oficina no son muy comprensibles

Cassia Apartments turned out to be the exact place I wanted to be. I saw mixed reviews online, but overall the place is great to live. A little noisy, but the active community means its a pretty safe place to be, especially for a single woman.

Thank you for recognizing our professionalism and the cleanliness of our place. We're glad you had a positive experience.
I lived here for only one year but I enjoyed it very much! The property is older but they keep it very clean! I see maintenance picking up trash every morning and they are always so nice! The girls in the office are always sweet and help me the best they can. I was the first person to live in my apartment since the renovation. I loved my plank floors and new appliances! It was my first time having a washer/dryer in my house and I will never go back to the laundromat again. I don't think any other property offers a washer/dryer in the apartment which is why I chose this place to begin with. The fitness center is brand new with all the basic needs.

I'd recommend not renting here. Had been here for around 10 years before the new owners took over. My father, a disabled U.S. Navy veteran, had a seizure and has been unable to drive his car, and it got a bit dusty from not being washed in awhile. The office people didn't even have the courtesy to maybe knock on the door or put a message on the door (like they do for every other important notice.) and give a warning they we're going to tow his car. They just slapped a sticker on his car which he didn't see because he can't drive it, had it towed and had to pay almost 500 dollars to have to brought back. Great way to treat a long term resident, or any resident, for that matter. The office said "it had spider webs on it." I totally feel he was wronged and would take it to small claims court, but it simply isn't worth the additional aggravation. Also, they advertise having a basketball court on their apartments.com page, but there is no basketball court. They also say they have a tennis court, it has been closed down for months and has been unusable.
Property management has changed, it is now run by Greystar. Multi-families allowed to live in 1 and 2 bedroom apartments, routine pest control is no longer done, management does not adhere to proper notification to enter dwelling. Roaches have started to show up where there were once none in the previous 3 years I had lived there. The apartments did get a facelift but management and caliber of tenants has declined. Currently the lettering for Country Oaks is gone, it is undergoing a name change soon.
So far I have been very pleased with the service I get from the leasing office, the housekeeper. Irma works her tail off and so does the maintenance supervisor. Fernando is always so polite, helpful, and very efficient. No were is perfect especially with rent so high, but I am happy..
Property Manager at Cassia Apartments, Responded To This Review
Thank you for sharing your positive experiences with our team, especially Irma and Fernando. We're glad you're happy living with us, despite concerns about rent.
I've reported water stains and proof of mold spores multiple times. After finally speaking with the regional manager(heather), she sided with the property manger(ofelia) and backed up her lies by saying they had no record of me ever notifying them of the complaints. It was first noted through the inspection but, you do that with the unqualified maintenance manager(Fernando) which knows nothing and is incompetent. He(Fernando) is listed as emergency contact for maintenance emergency's. The phone is never on and when it goes straight to voicemail, the voicemail is not set up. Luckily, we are not flooding or in danger. Oh wait, we are in danger with mold test to prove it. But, heather is a professional expert on mold and states "that the test is rigged and mold spores can be detected anywhere". They come once a month to spray for pest and when you keep having pest problems? The pests control ask that you catch the little critters for proof and so they know how to treat the unit properly. This company is scamming people, no care for safety, and neglect the residents. I have photos and video proof of everything stated. If anyone would like evidence. Contact me: fwhittington24@gmail.com
very well put together for me to understand everything about what I need to know for renting the unit there is very detailed with clear instructions on the amenities to the apartment and contact information is clear and easy to understand five star

Thank you for your positive review and for highlighting the clarity of our rental process and amenities. We're thrilled to receive a five-star rating from you!
very clean, very nice from the inside and comfortable to live in, staff always helpful overall a great place to love
The apartments are really nice and clean! You can put a washer and dryer in the apartment which is a plus. There is a pool, gym, and tennis court another plus. The apartments is a gated community which makes you feel safe, unlike other apartments. I can walk from my parking lot to my apartment with no worries. There is even a grocery store right behind. Instead of driving you can walk, and save some gas! Highly recommende them!
