Every employee and resident has been sooo welcoming and helpful. I appreciate a well lit dog park across the street that feels safe even at 11:30 pm! My daughter takes the shuttle every morning and that runs very smoothly. Could not be happier with our choice to call this home.

Review of Cast Iron Lofts I - by long-standing tenant. Positive Aspects: Maintenance team and front desk super responsive and helpful. True professionals. Negative Aspects: In the past few months, residents have been assaulted with a massive level of non-stop noise throughout the work-day due to work on the outside of the building and floor repair work inside the building. It has hugely impacted the mental health and ability to work for those of us who work from home. A week or so ago, the management team started to offer working space in a connected building, but that is not feasible for those of us who are immuno-compromised. I realize the work has to be done, but there has been no regard to the health of tenants and it has been non-stop noise. The management team (Bozzuto) has been awful managing this painful experience and just doesn't seem to care if tenants stay or not. Several tenants have indicated they are moving out early or at the end of their leases, and this has not caused any change in approach. Many times the management team doesn't even pick up the phone or argues with tenants and doesn't follow-up. They are clueless about how bad the conditions are at Cast Iron Lofts I for tenants who are at home during business hours. Previous management teams have handled exterior repair work far more professionally and far less intrusively for tenants. A lot of folks complain about the elevators and other stuff, but those all pale in comparison to the noise pollution.

Doing well. Wish gym machines were repaired quicker. The leg extension machine was broken for over a month before it was fixed. Enjoy my time here. Been here 5 years and still like it.

I've lived in Cast Iron Lofts for about 6 months now and love the apartment! I never hear my neighbors and the quality of the building and unit itself is great!!! I do wish the gym was bigger and there were more walkable things to do (restaurants, nightlife, etc.) but the area is seeing a lot of activity so I'm sure those things will come soon. The building staff is always friendly and accommodating, and having a parking garage attached to the building is a major plus! All things considered, it's been a great experience so far!

An amazing building with a great community feeling. The management is on top of their stuff. Whole lot of amenities that are actually used. The gym is constantly cleaned and broken machines are fixed. Highly recommend.

Bozzuto is a Filthy Management Company. I had lived in Cast Iron Lofts for 7 years and of the three companies that managed this same property, they were the slimiest (and stupidest). I made every rent payment on time, and despite that, I am still waiting to be reimbursed my security deposit which they have agreed in writing that they owe me It has been nearly 5 months since I’ve moved out. As I mentioned, they agreed that I was due the security deposit back, but the lies, mismanagement, and hoop-jumping I have endured have been disgustingly unbelievable. I just opened a claim in small claims court and filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I also candidly shared the email scroll from their managers with 2 other leading NJ residential management companies and they were appalled by their inappropriate and poor management skills. Seriously, there needs to be a portal to post email communication like this, loaded with lies and stupidity. I was even able to tolerate the occasional rodents I saw on their roof deck more than I could put up with them not paying me the money they owed me and which they agreed to pay me.

In your case, we personally worked with you to ensure that your status aligned with a fair and reasonable assessment. Throughout this process, our team was actively engaged in ensuring transparency and open communication with you. We provided weekly updates via email and phone calls to keep you informed of the progress and any unforeseen obstacles we encountered. While we understand your frustration, please know that we made every effort to expedite the process and address your concerns promptly. Overall a good community. Staff and maintenance team are helpful. Property has good amenities and are well maintained. They organize frequent mixers for community to thrive. Daily shuttle to Hoboken path station is a plus.

Overall good experience. We love our space and the front desk staff are amazing. Have had some issues and concerns with maintenance and overall communication/follow. Building isn’t very “guest” friendly. Parking for guests and charging for things like guests at the pool is inconvenient.
