I have lived at Caste Creek Apartments since August of 2021 and have enjoyed my time here. The location is great being in close proximity to everything you need. The amenities are updated and well maintained. The apartments give luxury for a reasonable price. The staff are always friendly, willing to help, and prompt with responses. The community is quiet, family and pet friendly. I've lived in 3 different apartment communities in the past 4 years and this one is by far my favorite.
If you are thinking of living here please read. Castle Creek may look nice on the outside but there are many problems with this complex. The walls are paper-thin, interior and exterior, causing electric bills upward to $300 a month during winter times. These thin walls not only cause outrageous electric bills but allow you to hear everything your surrounding neighbors do and say. My next-door neighbor would blare music at all hours of the day and night. I would eventually have to wear earplugs to bed just to be able to sleep because there was nothing done by the apartment management. When letting management know about the problem, they basically told me that they would send them an email asking to quiet down but that would be as far as they would go. My only other option was to pay the termination fee and find another place to live. You can tell that this apartment complex was built cheaply and covered up with well-looking finishes to hide all of its problems. If there is another living situation you are considering, I would strongly recommend choosing that one. If you search the other one-star reviews they explained to have the same problem I had so I am not the only one.
Living here as been a wonderful experience. The amenities and apartments are absolutely beautiful, up to date, and in great condition. The staff goes beyond their duty to make their residents feel appreciated and welcomed. The maintenance team acts quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend Castle Creek!
The leasing and maintenance team are fantastic. (Special shout-out to Jordan, Hannah, Jody, Mark and Rick!!) The community events are always fun (shout out to pet-pool/doggy-swim day, smores and hard cider by the fire and food truck margarita day!!). The fire pit, seating areas, and grills around the complex are great including Jenga, Bags (you probably call it cornhole) and Ping-Pong. If you want to join a fun, centrally located and beautifully built community this is the one for you. 2 miles from Keystone at the Crossing provides easy access to shopping, dining, entertainment and parks. So glad I found it!

I've lived here for about 6, going on 7 months and I really enjoy Castle Creek Apartments. The location, is great as the community is located directly between Castleton and Fishers and not even 5 minutes from the freeway. Everything you need can be found within a 10minute drive or less. As far as the apartment itself, the office and maintenance staff are friendly and really responsive. Anytime we have had a minor issue, we get the support and service needed. The fitness center is excellent compared to some other apartments I've seen with a mere bench and single treadmill. The office staff hosts events once a month for residents to try to build community. All of the other residents I have encountered have been respectful and friendly for the most part. I feel really safe in our neighborhood. Castle Creek is so cute too that, it puts a smile on my face, each and everyday I drive up to its majestic looking buildings.
My roommate and I have been living here for about 6 months. We absolutely love it! If I never need anything, I can always call the front office, and someone will respond to the call right away. Lastly, castle creek apartments are prime location as there are a wide variety of food options and shopping centers nearby. (Comment by Jadah Jones)
Castle Creek Apartments is the best place to live when it comes to living in an apartment. From the staff to the residents, everyone makes you feel welcome.
If you don't like nice amenities and a GREAT staff, this is not the place for you. I'm going into my second year and did not think twice about renewing my lease. Come on in the waters fine! No really we have a pool complete with a grill and all the Starbucks you can drink. :-)
I have resided at Castle Creek for just over a year. The staff is always friendly. Maintenance is always reliable and responsive. The grounds are kept tidy and appealing. The amenities are kept updated. Furthermore, the apartments feel like homes. I encourage anyone looking for an apartment in a convenient location to consider Castle Creek!
I am going on my third year at Castle Creek and am very pleased. The ladies at the front desk are always helpful and responsive as well as the maintenance workers. The apartments are very nice and updated and the location is great. Very close to restaurants and shopping and a short drive to carmel. I feel very safe here as there is a courtesy officer on duty to patrol the parking lot at night. I have a old english bulldog and the complex is very pet friendly. Some of the draw back I have noticed through the years is that you can hear above neighbors foot steps, but that varies as well I have had three different people occupy the apartment above me and I only noticed the footsteps of one. Allisonville road is currently under construction which makes it somewhat of a pain during rush hours. Other than that the apartment are nice and the fireplaces are GREAT in the fall and winter. Not to mention the rent is reasonable! I could recommend (and have) to anyone!
Overall, Castle Creek is a nice community. Everyone in the front office is very nice and helpful, the apartments themselves are nice, clean, spacious, and provide a lot of natural light with big bay windows. The only real negative and reason I will not be renewing my lease after it is up, is that the windows and doors are extremely poorly insulated. My electric bills for a two bedroom apartment were nearly $300 per month. No thank you!
I have lived in Castle Creek for just over a year and recently renewed my lease. Castle Creek is in a great location. The staff is friendly and it's clear they work hard to take care of their residents. Maintenance is always efficient and responds to requests in a timely manner. They keep the property appearanace clean and inviting. When I moved in here a little over a year ago I was new to the area, I couldn't be more happy with my choice to live at Castle Creek. I feel that it is a safe, friendly, and inviting community, plus the apartments are awesome!
