Apartment 10 C a slice of heaven

In my apartment you walk down a corridor, to the right is a large living room with twelve foot ceilings and beautiful views. We have stylish galley kit hen with granite counter tops and stainless sell appliances , a window that brings great light. You walk to the first bedroom which is 11×11 which large window to let the light in plus great closet space. Walk down to the bathroom it is a 3 piece bathroom with a tub , ornate tiles on the ceilings and floors plus a water closet. Lastly a huge 12×16 master bedroom with big closets and lager windows to let in the light. My apartment is like living in a home ,quiet and nestled in the city.

Luxury in the Bronx

What sets this building apart from others in the area is that it is truly beautiful, restored and pristine. This building is pre-war and houses units that have nothing but charm and character; crown molding, original wood floors, lots of closet space and larger-than-normal floor plans. The building is kept very clean, security cameras are located on every floor and just about anywhere else around the building. Maintenance and repairs are handled quiclky and efficently--The landlord address any and all problems(tenants have a voice here) There is also a live-in super. The building is walking distance to the Bruckner Shopping Center, close to resturants, many stores, 6 train station and dance studios.
