Castleton Manor Apartments

Castleton Manor's floorpalns are very large. Nice community and great staff! Staff is very friendly and helpful!

The best thing about these apartments is the location. Highway is accessible from several directions. Close to any and everything a family could need. Stop by and find your new home.

My girlfriend and I, decided to start the process of moving into Castleton Manor. They called us the MORNING we were supposed to move in, saying they found ROACHES in the Unit. They provided us with two options from there, a full refund of deposit, or we could still move in and they would treat them. Obviously we chose the refund and found a more affordable/Professional place. Please don’t move here. The most unprofessional experience ever. PS: they pushed our move-in date back 3 times, so I assume they knew about this issue way sooner.

after being here almost a year I recently have been get MICE ! I’ve never seen mice in an apartment and I’ve had a couple ! The office told me I have to wait another week for pest control to come I’m sick of the infestation! The office staff gets worse and worse !!

I used to love living here. Been here for 5 years with no issues until this past January. Roach infestation!!! After begging and pleading, they let me move too another building that is also infested with roaches! The hot water heater is always broken and I’ve been trying to get my toilet fixed for weeks now. These apartments have gone down hill and I will not be renewing my lease!

Nice space, great staff, efficient maintenance crew, grounds are always kept nice. convenient to shopping area!

just moved in and i am so happy with my apartment. it's my first place, i made the right choice! my cousin is getting an apartment too because she loves mine so much.

It all starts with the fantastic staffing being so helpful with all our needs and questions. We love our apartment, the big floor plan with the huge closets including a walk in closet in our bedroom. I love the wood floors for easy clean up. The bathrooms and kitchen are my favorite parts of the apartment. Both so spacious with lots of room for storage. Everyone is so friendly to us and our boys. We really feel at home here!

I have been a resident at Castleton Manor for close to three years now. Out of all of the apartment complexes I have lived in Castleton Manor is my favorite! I love the size of my townhouse and the amenities. My neighbors are great, the office staff is amazing and the mainenance crew is top of the line. I hope to remain a resident of Castleton Manor until I become a homeowener. This is a great place to live and I love living in this area!

The new management staff is friendly and easy to work with. The maintenance guys are quick to respond to any problems. The pool is a great place to relax on the weekends in the summer. The continental breakfast saves me money so I don't have to cook in the mornings.

I like when I need something faxed for me, they will do it because I am not good with computers. I like that they provide somewhere I can send my packages to until I get home from work. I like when you call them they don't waste no time trying to take care of the problem. I would like to say they have really made me feel at home.

I would like to thank the office staff for taking there time out working with me and taking the time out to get me in my new home. Kristiana thanks for everything you did for me and my family, it was worth the wait! The maintenance staff is on top of everything and its done quick. I can see Castleton Manor being my home for a long time.

As a deaf person, I'm pleased how castleton manor keeps me updated and meets my needs. Also, I'm happy to see that they replaced all the windows with energy efficient windows. Lastly, I'm greatly appreciated with castleton manor's low cost after living in California!

I am a long time resident of 23 years. This is one of the largest town homes I have ever lived. I love living here. I think the place is great! They have done some great updates to the property which i love, and I am a very happy resident and it's a great place to live.

I have lived here for 3 months and have loved every moment. The newly remodeled apt is wonderful. Everything is new from windows to toilet! All new appliances! I have never lived in such a spacious 1 bedroom and i have lived in many. The office staff is warm and welcoming, very friendly and efficient. The maintenance crew is simply the greatest! You just let them know at the office and bam its fixed :) Beautiful lakside view, maintained grounds. I just love living here and have absolutely no intentions of moving! Brenda

Terry and I signed our 3rd lease here at castleton manor. The staff here are very friendly and are concerned about what matters to us. Robert is a strong figure in the community because he has been around every since before we moved in. Mark is very nice as well. The cabinet upgrades and the appliances are very nice. People that are looking for spacious I recommend Castleton Manor. The monthly newsletters gives the residents an opportunity to do things and meet others. Darlene and Terry

I am relocating back to Indianapolis after 32 years. I am originally from Indianapolis to "start over". I have had some life changes and thought moving back to my childhood home would be an ideal situation. Looking for properties to rent has been frustrating and tedious. I found your property and began to smile. Once I found the location, I became excited as this seemed familiar. In 1975, my family moved to one of the larger town homes , when the complex was called Lakewood Village. the property was brand new then. Unfortunately my father passed away 2 weeks after moving in and shortly thereafter my mother and I moved to 6711 Winnock Drive. My mother continued to live there for at least 8 more years. I remember having my 21 st birthday party at the club house and my mothers surprise 60th birthday party there. Some things have a way of coming to you and I believe that finding your property was no coincidence. I remember the property to be very spacious and upstairs laundries in 1975 were nouveau! I remember when building one of my homes I had an upstairs laundry because of that apartment. I spent many an hour contemplating life's trials sitting by the lake. those apartments brought back many memories and have comforted me. I entered this contest to tell you thank you for bringing me "home again"!

You should get a good idea of my first month here when I say I've had FIVE refrigerators in five weeks. Not a really good one among the lot. Then there are the four BB holes in one window, the towel bars I had to attach myself and the still unfulfilled promise of a hand rail at the front entrance, promised when I signed the lease and necessary since I'm slightly handicapped. Can't wait to see what's in store for the rest of this year!
