Catalina Luxury Apartments

I have lived in this apartment complex for over a year now. The apartments are nice, lots of good amenities, the gardens and common areas are beautifully maintained and clean. The community is gated and safe, the residents are mostly families. The best thing about Catalina apartments is their management staff. Imra and others on the team are extremely helpful and friendly people. I rarely have had issues living here, but if i did, they have been taken care of in a timely manner. Imra is very helpful and concerned. She has attention to detail and goes out of her way to take care of a situation. I am very impressed by her as a manager. I have friends living in other apartment complexes who often complain about lack of attention by their managers and I'm glad i'm not in their situation. Rent is definitely high and i have often considered moving to another place because of that, however, I don't think i can find a better management staff elsewhere.

I have been living at Catalina apartments for more than 5 years now. This itself tells that this place is totally worth it. The convenient location, the one of the best apartment layouts, and the well maintained community. Also, the staff is friendly and always responsive. I have always seen my requests or any maintenance needs served right away. One latest experience was with the new staff - Imra. She is so friendly and ready to help the tenants any time possible. I had this request for upgrade of equipment at the apartment, and Imra took care of it by getting it resolved with the upper management and getting it done within couple of days. Overall, a nice, well planned, secured and well maintained and one of the few newer communities in the area. And not just me, but my bunch of other friends have also been living here for more than 3 years now. Everyone is pretty satisfied with the community and the staff.

I recently moved out of Catalina apartments. It is overall a good apartment complex. Although the office staff was notified several times, the gym equipment was not fixed. They just put up a sign on the equipment that it will be fixed soon and several months passed by without action. If onsite maintenance staff is stretched thin, they should have got the equipment serviced from a gym maintenance service professionally.
