Don’t sign!

After 10 years of residency at “The Cate” we fell behind one month. They made us sign a “stipulation” stating we could not be more than 5 days late on our rent! We were 6 days into the month when we cut them a check! They sent it back and served us our eviction! Threw all out stuff out in the sidewalk! Very traumatic experience!! Never sign anything with these people they have no empathy for anyone.
