Roach and bed bug infested. They don't care about the pest They sit in the office and watch you call and no returned call. Very unprofessional I wish I never moved here instead I should've moved across the street.

I’ve been here since June 2013. The staff (Cleo, Jessica, & Nicole) are very professional and help you in anyway that they can. The grounds are always clean and the there is plenty of parking spaces near your home. I really like it here because the whole environment is pleasant.
I love living here it’s the best. I especially love the staff and how they treat everyone like family and not just the residence. And they always have new activities and events fun for kids families and adults you can’t get no better than Creekside Crossing apartments

This is a Honest review. If you like the sound of guns shots,your apartment getting broken into and your car being stolen. then you will love it here. The crime rate is extremely high in this area. My car and renters insurance is high because of the crime rate. Crack heads are at every store Walmart,Publix all the gas stations. My apartment was broken into the first month I moved in. Then both my neighbors apartment was broken into the next day. The leasing manager could care less when i told him he just gave me a blank look! I asked him to let the residents know for they safety,he said. That's no protocol. In the year I been here. One of my neighbors moved to a new unit because her apartment was infested with Roaches. Two people got robbed at gun point. I found that out at the pool in conversation. Cars are ALWAYS on bricks because of stolen tires. Gates always broken. For the price you can live somewhere nice and quiet. It looks nice on the outside. But trust and believe the inside is completely different. The street noise of the traffic ,ambulances and fire trucks I could never get use to. On top of rude and non caring office staff. The schools for the district is rated at a low score of 2. If you chose to move here. You and your family is definitely in our prayers.
I've been staying here for almost a year now and I absolutely love it....over the course of my adult life, I've lived in 5 apartment complexes and this is by far the best...the apartments are very spacious and the floor plans were well designed....it is an extremely quiet neighborhood....even at night...no noisy neighbors and management seems to keep the property maintained well....I've only had to call maintenance one time and they came within less than 24 hrs....I haven't come across the management team too often but from the times I have they've seemed pretty friendly....the location of the apartments are convenient to everything...my only complaint is I feel rent is extremely high and the water Bill doesn't seem to be based on usage like they claim....if they came down on the rent and just included water into the rental rate this complex would definitely be perfect and I would give them 5 stars....

DANGER DANGER!!!!! DONT MOVE HERE!! You car will end up on bricks because of car theft. Looks like a nice neighborhood in the day time but at night there are teenagers fighting in groups in the parking lot. Security just sits in the van ALL DAY. (If you are lucky you may see him or her walk back and forth to the garbage can from their car). The access gate is left open 75% of the time. The staff is horrible. The manager (Male with nasty attitude) will tell you to your face he doesn't care that people break into your cars or apartment.(Just plain MEAN) Told me that he had better things to do than to worry about tenants. Lack of compassion. BAD LEADERSHIP. Signing my lease here was a huge mistake. I really think they pay people to write reviews because REAL tenants say different. Don't believe the hype. Only been here one month and READY TO GO!!!!!!!
The location of this property is awesome for the price. While it is outside of the city, you have all of your needs right on Panola Road and surrounding main streets. The rent office is very good about contacting you if there are any issues. Could improve on timeliness with handling maintenance requests, but they are making improvements.
There are ROACHES and DRUG ADDICTS all around this property. If I could rate Creekside Crossing ZERO stars, I definitely would! I had to break my lease after my apartment had been broken into in less than 2 months of me living there. I strongly believe that it was maintenance who stole my belongings because in addition to the fact that there were ZERO signs of forced entry, I received a text two hours prior stating that maintenance had been in my apartment. It was also a major issue that the leasing office was never open when they were supposed to be. My break in happened on 8/22/2014 and when I got home around 4:00, immediately after I called the police I attempted to go to the leasing office and inform them --- of course no one was there, even though they were not to close until 5. The next day, I also woke up bright and early and was at the door waiting on them to open at 10 am and no one was there. No one showed up until almost noon, and the person that was there was not even a regular leasing agent, she was a temp that I'd never seen before. Upon me telling her that it was maintenance who broke into my apartment, she called me ignorant and tried to fight me when I told a guy who walked in looking for an apartment that he should not move there because his apartment would be broken into. That's right, she literally tried to fight me and my boyfriend had to pull me outside. She was really upset that I warned the guy about renting at Creekside Crossing, how unprofessional but oh well. I sure wish someone would have warned me about the crime that takes place in this neighborhood. One night, I couldn't even get into the complex because traffic was so backed up onto panola road because of this "Project X" style party going on in the complex. To make matters worse, after I moved out, they attempted to withhold my security deposit by telling me my water bill was $120. That was not possible, I lived alone in a one bedroom apartment for a month and a half, there's no way my water bill was that expensive. Creekside crossing is nothing but a bunch of crooks. I also know someone who was robbed at gunpoint sitting in her car, and Creekside crossing refused to let her out of her lease, stating that they were not responsible for the safety of their residents. Please stay away from Creekside Crossing.
