There's nothing super special about the place but there's nothing really wrong. Maintenance is pretty good. It's always quiet. Rent fees is high for what you get especially when you are required to pay for valet trash but they dont actually pickup. Not sure I'll be renewing my lease.

The neighborhood is mostly quiet, other than our unit being backed up to the street and the windows are fairly thin. Which results in hearing some traffic at times. The property grounds are well maintained, making our walks around the pond quite pleasurable!

Quiet neighborhood. Nice pool and playground area. The pond with the walking trail around it is very peaceful. I wish the apartment held more events, so you could meet people that live in the community. Maintenance is fast to respond for the most part. Not a fan of the valet trash service, I’d rather take my own trash than pay $30 a month for it. I just resigned my lease so all and all it is a great place to live.

I have been here at cavanas farms 3 years now. The maintenance people have been really great. I've never really had a serious problem. My neighbors are great. The only thing that I would have an issue with is the people don't pick up their dog poop.

The service staff reacts quickly to problems. The office staff is very helpful. Everyone on staff is very courteous and friendly. The apartment neighbors are generally quiet and considerate.

So far so go. Front office was pretty helpful at least during the application process. Maintenance seems adequate and fairly timely. I’d just say try to tour your specific apartment before you sign your lease instead of just the “model” one if possible.

Great place to live. Residents are friendly. Management and maintenance are always helpful. We have fun activities. The pool is a great place to be in the summer and it’s always clean. The management is always looking for ways to keep our community safe. New lighting on the outside of the apartment buildings. It’s a quiet place to live.

Staff was very helpful. But because everyone is shorthanded or understaffed we had to change appointment several times and were given conflicting information during the process. I expect to enjoy the complex once I’m settled in and look forward to using the amenities.

It's an okay place. I don't like having to have a pass code to enter my apartment. The apartment itself is nice. Toilets are really low to the ground though which takes getting used to. Pool is nice, park is nice and they have corn hole and a half basketball court
