This is a great place to live. The people here are friendly, the rooms are cozy and the events are fun. It would be better if the pool gets fixed.

my first month has been pretty decent and i think im love my stay here. very quiet and the property manager is very helpful and understanding

They hired a bunch of new people and promoted some of the longtime staff, which is great. Overall mid experience. Try not to let them automatically place you with roommates if you can avoid it.

I went on a guided tour on June 10th and all staff was very helpful and every part of the apartment community was very clean and looking good

Good place to live during college. Nice common area that’s already furnished and good amenities. The only bad thing was maintenance response time to even urgent situations was lacking.

I love my apartment it’s peaceful and chill. Most time I be at work most of the days but when I’m at the crib it’s no problems. Everything is cool and honestly have no problem

It has been a wonderful living experience at Cayce Cove, the staff has been also wonderful but there have been some hiccups too. But overall I still recommend this place for prices and living

Its been a blast so far. I just wish the pool was open and my unit's mailbox was fixed. But over all I am having a great time here and hope have more fun in the future.

I’ve lived here for two years and the pool has been open for 2 weeks of it. They refill it up with water when there’s tours so it looks clean, but they never actually open it. The hot tub has never been open, not even for a day. Our back door has had a big hole in it where bugs fly in since we moved in and they said they ordered stuff to fix it a year and a half ago and never actually did. Two stars because it’s the cheapest rent in the Columbia area.

Office staff super friendly and work with you. Also cayce cove has several fun events and give aways for the residents. My only complaint would be the pool is often not open.

Cayce coves management is very cooperative and they are extremely helpful. The leasing managers are extremely friendly and they’re nice and respectful.

Great communication and very patient and informative. I move in soon and my process has been so easy. I haven’t met the staff yet but so far I’m very pleased and pretty sure when I do I’ll be satisfied

Being a student at the university, I found the location to be very convenient. The amenities are nice, and the office and maintenance staff are friendly and respond in a timely manner. Overall, I have had a great experience!

This apartment complex is average. I wish there was more activities to do during nighttime. However, I love the amenities and how spacious the apartments are.

I love the staff and easy process to sign a lease. I'm excited to live with and near all my friends. I'm also excited for all the amenities, like the pool, shuttle to campus, and an in unit washer and dryer.

Would never recommend to someone. Moldy bathrooms and the buildings are old, falling apart there’s definitely mold in the pipes. Management is poor even from the beginning

Pool is beautiful and staff are nice. You get what you pay for. Over all not a negative experience here. Met my needs for going to school and work.

The individuals in the front office are amazing. And the maintenance staff is amazing and quick as well. I enjoy living here and the individuals that keep it alive.

I haven't moved in yet but everything has been amazing so far. I love the bedrooms, i love how everything is included the move is going to be very very easy for me.

You get what you pay for could be better maintained though. Would be nice to have consistent heat but everything else seems to work usually. Staff is friendly

Maintenance is great, never had any problems from management. Overall good stay so far, definitely would recommend this any college students or anyone just looking for a cheap but decent place to stay.

My Experience living here been great. The staff is nice and friendly. Neighbors are great as well. I love it here. To be a big community living you would think it may be a lot of noise and honestly it's hasn't been anything like that at all. You can hear dogs barking and cars going by and people on the basketball court playing ball. Really is a great place to live

I love my roommates and office staff. It's a beautiful,, well maintained property and I, actually, feel "Safe" here which is most important.

I love living here ! Office staff is friendly and is always willing to help out. Grounds are kept very clean. People are super friendly as well. Always feel safe, even at night walking my animal. Love love love the easy Riverwalk access.

Moving in was good, but there were minor complications with the rooms being dirty and not having the right keys to get into my room or apartment. But over all moving in was easy and the roommates I have are very friendly so I think that the community is also friendly and welcoming.

Cayce Cove has all the required amenities, helpful staff, is a good price, and is a good distance from campus. The maintenance crew could be a little bit faster on response time, but other than that, Cayce Cove meets my expectations

From the welcoming staff, to the beautiful environment, Cayce Cove has given me more than what I’ve dreamed for. Everyone is so informative and thoughtful about every resident, and the residents I’ve met are very friendly. What I love most about Cayce Cove is the peaceful vibe it gives during the day and at night, where there isn’t too much noise to worry about from the comfort of my own room.

My experience here at Cayce Cove has been pleasant so far. The office staff are very nice, welcoming, patient, and efficient in handling issues. The maintenance staff respond quickly and always do an exceptional job. I have had an enjoyable time living here!

I have been here for 2 months, my roommates are friendly. I have had no issues. The apartment could use some updating but overall it is satisfactory.

It takes 2-3 weeks for every maintenance request including when the air conditioning breakers in the middle of the summer. And things break again immediately after repair causing you to have to wait another 2-3 weeks. Other than that it's a great place to live

Horrible living in a drug infested area and people in and out all day just horrible set of people . They are smoking all the time morning, noon, and night

I really wish they would replace the broken gym equipment. I also never got the incentive I was promised for renewing my lease. Overall it's a fine place to live for what you pay.

The staff are nice and the apartments also have good amenities for the residents such as a shuttle for university students and a fitness center.

It is amazing and they are extremely understanding , also they answer the phones all the time just incase of a emergency and the staff is amazing

Everything is cool and nice. The area is pretty quiet. The good thing is that the river walk is right next to our apartments. Also, it's nice that we have a shuttle, it helps if you don't have a car. Even though we are still waiting for the pool to be clean, all the amenities are nice.

Very affordable rate that includes all utilities and amenities. Reliable shuttle service to campus during weekdays. No major disturbances with neighbors or in the community. Some delays and inadequacies related to maintenance.

Maintenance is slow, and the pool is never open, but it's in a good spot and i like my neighbors. The bathrooms are large, which is also nice.

Everything is pretty amazing except maintenance and noisy upstairs neighbors. Also I noticed when we moved in there was a movie theater room but now I don’t hear about it.

Being at Cayce Cove is the bane of my existence. I only live on this property because it is the most affordable place I can find. The staff is terrible with resolving any property issues, whether it be placing work orders or roommates who steal. There is a current instance where an ex-resident moved out and left the apartment destroyed and bug-infested. Because the office never completed move out inspections for the space, the adjoining apartment (MY APARTMENT) was inhabited with bugs. Prior to knowing the source, the office said they would have pest control come. That was 2 months ago. Since the source apartment has been identified, no one has even spoken to the other residents about this incident or resolving this health hazard. I pray I finally am able to make enough money to leave this awful awful place. If you are planning on moving your student into this place, PLEASE DO NOT. You are neglecting them if you do. HOWEVER, IF I COULD GIVE 5 STARS TO MAINTENANCE ALONE I WOULD!!!!

Love it! Although some of the furniture was ruined and the place was not clean. I like the space and it has all we needed. Just need new improvement

I have enjoyed living here with my friends and have made great memories. The gym has a good variety of equipment which is something that many apartments lack.

Nice apartment love that it is furnished and that the owners try to build a community with events. I wish that maintenance were more involved but everything else is fine.

Cayce Cove has satisfactory services. The office is very helpful. The amenities sometimes break, and maintenance can be slow. The pool is nice, and laundry is in-unit

Loving it here so far, besides the slight bit of noise from neighbors its quite peaceful. Not to mention its beautiful. I can say that i wish the pool was cleaner but other than that, nice complex.

Great community. Nice and quiet and friendly people. It has everything you need and perfect for students if you are one. The community is so close to everything.
