I like living here. It’s quiet and my neighbors generally keep to themselves and the cleaners keep the community really clean. Parking for non residents can be improved for sure.

Overall it has been a great place to live. We are close to a lot of things from the Greenway to various parks and local shops. The new businesses popping up in the area are nice to see! Plus the addition of a doggy daycare just steps away from the Lofts is going to be very convenient. The only complaint is some of the people moving in can't understand the concept of keeping shared spaces clean or smoke free, but that comes with living in a larger community. Management has been super responsive and helpful and maintenance is always fast and gets the job done right the first time!

Love this place! Great location! Parking can be a little rough at times because of events in the area and people parking in the lot like they aren’t supposed to but overall I loved this apartment!

Love our apartment but amenities have been unavailable or in less than great condition. Have reached out to management but have received no response.
Clare was so helpful from touring the place to signing the lease to getting moved in. Everything went so smoothly and we are very happy with the apartment, which is very spacious. We loved the high ceilings and big windows.
We just moved in, but everyone we have met so far has been friendly and respectful. The building design is unique and inviting -we love the amenities! The leasing/management office staff are professional, efficient, and very friendly.
Okay place to live. When we first moved in a couple years ago it was great but quality continues to go down over time. Management was trying to push us to “just wait until spring” to get our A/C fixed in Oct/nov… but after a lot of back and forth did end up replacing it
I just moved in but so far the staff has been very kind. The common spaces are very clean and well kept. I am excited to see what the building is like during warmer weather with the pool and other amenities!
3.5/5 Rent is too high for what you get. Lots of vandalism has been happening in the elevators and they do not enforce the permit in the parking lot. The cost to park is especially sickening when they’re not even enforcing the permits in the lot- $100 for outside and $150 for garage. Office staff is 5/5 though.
So far so good. I am still in the process of moving in and luckily have a month to make it happen. feeling good about it, tho, at least so far.
Amazing complex, many amenities, had a maintaince issue resolved immediately! Great appliances and you get a welcome gift! The office is very nice and answers all questions! They have a safe place for large packages too
C&E Lofts offers a superb living experience with a range of impressive amenities. The complimentary coffee service adds a delightful touch to your daily routine. The well-equipped gym, boasting ample space and quality equipment, is perfect for fitness enthusiasts. There are option for free street or paid lot parking and indoor parking. However, it's worth noting that indoor parking is limited and can be tight. The location is a standout feature, providing convenience and accessibility. The loft is only few minutes walk from Raymond Green Line train. The dedicated staff contributes to the positive atmosphere, ensuring a pleasant living environment. On the flip side, the unit HVAC system can be quite loud and distracting when it’s running.
It’s been a pleasant transition into my new space. So far so good no complaints.very welcoming leasing company made everyone easy for me from start to finish

I'm happy with my new apartment. I love the location. There, this access to a lot of key businesses & entertainment events. Most of all, access to lightrail.
The location is tremendous, and the amenities are nice. Maintenace and staff are prompt. I would definitely not put your bike in the bike cages though unless you want it stolen. Bike theft is notorious here.
I love CE lofts because of how convenient it is with the light rail. Additionally, there are great restaurants nearby and a great brewery right next door. I love the patio on the roof as well.
We are leaving C&E after one year of living here. We loved living here there are so many amenities and it’s a convenient location. I recommend living here for anyone moving to Minneapolis.
I didn’t know how much moving into the C&E Lofts could dramatically improve my day to day life and decrease my overall stress. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Unfortunately living here has not been what we expected. In the 2 months we’ve been here, we’ve had to request to have a number of appliances replaced or fixed, including a/c, dryer, and ceiling fan. When a/c works, it is extremely loud. Despite these things, we remain positive as staff have been extremely helpful and responsive. Location is great and amenities like gym and pool have been wonderful.
Apartment staff is knowledgeable and nice. Move in was quick and the unit itself is nice, spacious and quiet . The view from my apartment cannot be beat for the price i pay
Overall all this place has been good. Maintenance is excellent and takes care of reported issues quickly. Noise varies depending on which unit you have - I've had two with quite different noise levels not factoring in things like neighbors, which is random.
Great apartment. Lots of amenities and the staff is great, very friendly and always says hi in the hallways. No plans to leave C&E anytime soon!
Incredibly satisfied with our experience here! The location is very central and near great restaurants and breweries. The amenities like the pool and community rooms are also great. The management is also very responsive and the common areas are typically kept up nicely. I also am pretty impressed with the soundproofing in our unit. I forget we have neighbors some days because we really can’t hear our next door neighbor.
I’ve been living here for about 2 months and absolutely love it! The staff is welcoming and responsive. They have a loading dock, a cart and freight elevator that made a huge difference with moving in. The amenities are fantastic and high quality. This place is exactly as shown in the pictures and one of the most affordable options for a modern apartment. Don’t hesitate to book a tour!
Love the building itself and the style of my apartment. The garage access and door access can be inconvenient from the lot. I have to walk around the building to come in through a side entrance so big purchases and groceries are inconvenient

C&E is a great place to live. It's located in an ideal area, close to running trails, good food and easy access to highways. There are always new things popping up.
I love living at C&E. They have many amenities including free coffee in the lobby and a pool, which I’m using a lot this summer. Also a awesome fire place on the roof!
Highly recommend! The common areas are always clean, everyone is very respectful of each other, snow removal usually happens quickly, I ran my heat for a total of 2 days this winter, my electric bill when running my AC in the summer is dirt cheap, the kitchen is so spacious, there’s enough room for a king bedroom set in a 1bdrm in Flats. Worth the money!
Everyone I have met here has been super friendly. The internet portal is very convenient. Facilities are clean and well maintained. Cant wait until the pool opens:-)
Great management and a good overall community feel. The units are very nice and seem to be well-constructed. We renewed our lease without hesitation.
The whole process from before moving in to actually living in my apartment was above my expectations! I have loved living here since I moved in and everyone is so friendly. It is a very secure building and the amenities available to us is beyond great. Maintenance is good and fast at fixing things. I have not had an issue with anyone in the building and I love how quiet it is at night.
Just moved in but have enjoyed everything C&E has to offer. From the gym to the pool table there is something for everyone to enjoy. Looking forward to living here!
Love living here. Always clean and quiet. Great shared spaces like the pool deck on flats side and back deck on loft side. Utilities are super cheap. Only thing I have to complain about is the length of the waitlist for a garage spot but the surface lot is still really nice.

Great place to live. Friendly management, timely maintenance, nice amenities, and safe. The historic aspects of the Lofts are an awesome addition to the living space.
Julianne in the leasing office was awesome to work with since we completed the entire process virtually. The flats side has huge gorgeous windows and a great layout with no dead spaces. The kitchen is phenomenal and I love that we can move the island as needed. Everyone that lives here is the definition of ‘Minnesota Nice’ and all of their dogs are well behaved. The common spaces are always clean and the parking lot is well maintained. 10/10 recommend if you’re looking to live close to both downtowns, be right next to the green line, and looking for the most bang for your buck.
I just moved into my studio apartment and I love it!! Apartment is perfect and was very clean when moving in. Loved the move in gift as well :) I worked in this industry and this is by the far nicest management team I’ve encountered. Maintenance gets the job done well and right away. Love it here!
