The pool is always clean. Staff is friendly. Property location is good.

Manager Aurelia is very helpful and explains everything thoroughly. I know if I have a question I can count on her. The place itself is very great neighbors are quiet and friendly. I just moved in 3 weeks ago and I love it here!

After months of looking everywhere, I moved into this apartment complex with the help of their lovely on-site manager Aurelia and I’ve been sooo grateful ever since! It’s so peaceful and quiet all around! Everyone is so nice and minds their own and you always see maintenance helping someone out! I feel very safe here and everything has been so easy for my roommates and I, we would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a lil place to stay!

I would definitely recommend this complex to anyone looking! I’ve previously lived here from 2018-2019 and ended up having to leave due to personal reasons, but as soon as I got the opportunity to come back recently, I jumped on it because this complex has been nothing but wonderful in my experience. Aurelia is a great, caring manager and is the sweetest! Anytime there were any maintenance issues when I previously lived here they were always on top of things in a timely manner and took care of any issue. Just about everything inside the apartment has been beautifully remodeled and appliances are all new. I am more than happy to be welcomed back and love the new look inside the apartments.

It’s very peaceful! With peers! but manager is always in everyone’s business she calls the cops for everything, there not even a fair warning is an automatic calling the cops for her. I’d be very careful with the apartment manager and don’t let her know your business. Either. Other than that is a great place.

The management here is awesome, our unit is fully remodeled and it’s terrific, this is a very nice place to live.

Moved to Clovis here with my youngest last year in May. Moved my son first and I followed a week or two after working around my schedule with the move and transfer to location of my job. Looked at many Apartments but this one stood out to me. Aurelia is one of the nicest, welcoming and helpful property managers I have seen. The apartment we got was very nice. I loved hearing doves and other birds chirping outside. Neighbors seemed respectful and nice as well. Our stay was short but very nice made us Love this place more. We moved into our New house, but if I didnt Id still be there. Thank you Aurelia ??

I have been a resident at this property for 2 years and can assure that the safety( 24hr savalience & strategically placed cameras), management(well experience and effective team), neighbors (working class families) will leave you feeling like you have finally found a place to call home.

Been living here for a couple of weeks and so far, it's been great. Management is very friendly and fast on maintenance. It's a beautiful apartment complex and very quiet.

Moving to Clovis from Arizona was a big change. Not knowing the area and looking for a safe place to live until our house was being built was nerve racking. Aurelia made it easy and assured us it was safe. She was right! Everyone is nice and quiet and the property is well kept. Nice lawn along with beautiful roses . I would recommend Cedar Apartments to everyone. You don’t have to sign a 6 month lease. It’s a month to month basis. Again Aurelia the apartment manager goes above and beyond to help with any issues you may have. She is the BEST!!!! Thank you again Aurelia for your kindness.

Very clean property, inside and out. Office manager, Aurelia, is accessible and attentive. We needed our apartment prepped and ready on a short notice in July and Aurelia made it happen. Maintenance supervisor, Juan, is an excellent, responsive worker. Both are extremely friendly and make us tenants feel welcome and at home.

So far no complaints. Manager super friendly. Clean apartment. No pests and nothing that can annoy you. Alot of parking unlike my previous apartment. Was very refreshing to find this place after looking for so long

A great place to move in whether you have a family or single A good environment with many stores and workplaces around Aurelia gives you options to choose from & moves you in soon as she can I highly recommend her & these apartments.

I lived at Cedar Apartments for a year and loved it. They keep the lawn maintained, allow pets, offer on-site building maintenance, and a good card run laundry system. I especially love Aurelia who always helped us with a friendly smile. I highly recommend renting there!!

First let me say it is important that management knows what they are doing and that they are kind. Aurelia that person. She is a great property manager. I've only been here for half a year but she has all ready shown me more respect then other property mangers in the past. Living in a smoke free community is something I have also enjoyed . Being close to Walmart, Starbucks, Taco-bell, Mc-Donald's and the four dollar movies is just and added bonus. Move here guys its great!

I am happy to say I have never felt to happy in apartment ever! I have lived in Fresno for five years. This last summer I decided to move in with my boyfriend to clovis. It has been amazing. Living in a smoke free community has been the most amazing part of living here. Being close to Walmart, Starbucks, and the four dollar movies is just and added bonus. Aurelia is a great property manager right from when my boyfriend and I walked into her office for a tour up till now. Move here!

Moving here is one of the best apartment decisions I have made. Always quit. neighbors are kind and thoughtful about noise. Great restaurants and four dollar movie theater are in walking distance. The on site manger is super kind and always checks in if anyone needs anything rooms and kitchen are a great size. Move here its great!

I’ve been here for a couple months now, I’ve had no issues with anyone or anything. The apartment is perfect and it’s located so close to grocery stores and gas stations. The on sight manager is very nice and friendly and is super quick at getting back to tenants. Overall, great place to live!

I have been living here for a few months and I've never felt more safe. Close to shopping centers and gas stations. Management is amazing always willing to help everyone. Aurelia is the best manager I have had the pleasure of knowing since I walked in for the tour up till now she has been friendly and hears what everyone has to say and having Smoking Free community is a plus!

From the application process to the move in date, management was very friendly and welcoming. Aurelia was the absolute best! She was so helpful and was the sweetest! The complex is clean, quiet and very well taken are of. They are smoke free which is a plus in my opinion. The complex is also close to a lot of shopping centers which is very convenient! I just moved into my apartment here at Cedar Apartments, and I LOVE IT. The apartment complex is so quiet and clean. Management is wonderful and helped me out so much! I was able to contact her throughout the whole process and she kept me updated with everything. My apartment is so spacious and lovely. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone.

Just moved into these apartments and so far I'm completely happy. My family and I moved here from Porterville and I was nervous about the transition to a new city but the girls in the office made it quick and easy. And I always see the maintenance guys on site, which is awesome if any troubles come up. Definitely recommend this place; it's quiet and close to everything!

Auriella and her staff at Cedar Apartments are outstanding. The property is incredibly well kept, when you walk down the side walk your surrounded with different kinds of beautiful flowers, everyone I’ve come across is smiling...hands down one of the nicest places that I have come across! Wonderful for both families or individuals— safe, well lit. All in all amazing experience so far! I’m looking forward to living here!

These apartments are just what we were looking for: clean, quiet, and very well maintained. The staff was extremely helpful moving us in with a few days notice and turned a stressful week into a very happy happy one.

Really good looking apartments with a really chill environment. Very clean and rental prices are affordable. The fact they have a really nice looking pool and laundry service available here makes it better. Anabel, the managaer, is just amazing, she is really helpful and a really nice person. Really recommend this place not just because of what it inlcudes, but also for the service that is given.

My experience with Cedar Apartments has been nothing but good! The Apartment Manager Anabel was very thorough, informative, and helpful. The rental prices are affordable, facilities are well managed, and there is a pool. What more can you ask for? I highly recommend Cedar Apartments.

Love this complex Annabel the manager was so sweet and helpful .I felt safe in my apt everyone was so friendly .Maintance Man came right away if you needed something .I'd still be there but had to move back to Utah but I will be back to Clovis for a visit love the town .Thanks everyone !

I have lived in Cedar Apartments for over two years without any major problems. It is a clean, friendly, and usually quiet place. Management always communicates any important information and is quick to fix any maintenance problems. When I first moved here, there was a roach problem but they brought in pest control nearly immediately and I haven't had a problem since then. There have also been a couple of renovations lately which really improves the quality of the apartments. There are several rules but I really do not mind because they are meant to improve our safety and overall experience here. As a Fresno State student, this is the perfect place for me. I can easily walk, bus, or Uber to school. There are also plenty of stores and restaurants along Shaw that are within walking distance. In the short amount of time that I have lived here, I have seen significant improvements in the overall quality of this place. I highly recommend it.

Apartment is clean and tidy. Quiet neighborhood yet close to shopping centers, retaurants, movie house, etc. Great place to stay!

All of the tenants are very nice and respectful and the management is very friendly and accommodating. Management really cares about the upkeep of the property and goes out of their way to ensure everything is in the best condition that is possibly can be. So far there has been no issues whatsoever and everyone is very considerate. The complex is small, clean, quiet, and close to a lot of necessities i.e. freeway, retail, restaurants, university. If you're someone who looks forward to coming home to a peaceful place after a long day, this is definitely the place for you.

The manager is friendly and terrific. The complex is small and friendly. people there are quite nice too. Lots of families live here so after 10pm its silent which is nice. This place is smack dab in the middle of pretty much everything. There is an elementry school 5 minutes away if you walk. Two movie theaters, one is like 1 minute away and the other you can take a bus too. Many retail stores walking distance and a walmart supercenter across the street.

Manager is super nice and understanding. Close to food and department stores. Also non smoking which is a nice thing.

Looking for a friendly apartment and a great manager cedar apartments is the place. Anabel is the property manager and she is great and helped my family and I get moved in. She was more than friendly she is patient and willing to help you even when she isn't in the office. Very kid friendly and apartments are in good condition they keep the property clean.

I like that everything you need is in walking distance.but not so much the new smoking rule. The manager is nice and easy to talk to.

The reason I like living here is because everything you need is in walking distance. However what I don't like is the bi- annual inspections and I'm not on section 8, the rent increase every year. And the new rule of no smoking even though I'm not a smoker; if I'm having to pay so much I should be able to smoke if I wanted to.

We love living at Cedar apartments! First off the sizes of the apartments are bigger than most we looked at and are priced perfectly! Anabel, the landlord, is really sweet and very helpful! She cares for everyone living at this complex and has their best interest at heart! I feel I can call her anytime with any issue and I know it will be taken care of immediately! We were able to move in fast and have had no issues here! If you want a community that feels like home this one is it!

I moved from NY to CA a few months ago and was so stressed about finding a nice place for my family to stay. The property manager was so helpful and made sure my place was clean and ready when we arrived. The people are friendly and the grounds are well kept. We love the refreshing pool!

I've lived here for 5 years in all and overall it's a very good complex to live in. If you need anything taken care of the management get's it taken care of right away. Usually same day. This is the great service and attention that Annabelle, the Manager,consistently give.

I was on the hunt for a new place to live, preferably somewhere that was close to Fresno state and thus, my classes. Upon visiting Cedar, I noticed that the property was, much to my delight, exactly what I was looking for as far as location goes, and was extremely clean and welcoming. Anabel, the manager, was extremely kind and insightful as far as the moving in process went and went above and beyond in ensuring I understood every aspect of the agreement; I was very thankful for that. I definitely recommend this property because of such.

I've lived here at Cedar Apts for 6yrs and I love it. I came from a small town on the westside of Fresno County to a bigger city. I had a family and was looking for a safe place to live for my kids. I love how everything is so near by from schools, to shopping centers to gas stations even fast food restaurants. The comes is so clean, quiet and very peaceful. I feel better knowing they have cameras set up all over. So, if you're looking for an apt the place to call is Cedar apts.
