My daughter lives here! I can honestly say we haven’t had any issues. She has been her almost a yr. and as a parent I’m pleased we will be signing up for another year. Maintenance has been awesome and I can say they have really did and excellence job with keeping the grounds and apart

Using an excessive amount of renters' water to irrigate the grass leads to high water bills each month that renters themselves pay. Stop relying on renters to pay residence wasted water. Renters are not responsible for water used outside of their unit.

I am a new resident here at Cedar Bend and I am so glad I chose this complex to call home. I have no complaints. My apartment is spacious, maintenance responds immediately, the office staff are helpful and kind, and the property is very clean and quiet. I was kind of on the fence about moving here because I wanted to move somewhere with a dog park/play area. However, there is a nature park within walking distance of the complex and my dog and I have really been enjoying that little perk. I am so glad I decided to move here :) This place is the best!
I have NO concerns or any complaints about the Cedar Bend Management team. Kim and Rosa are very professional and A very amazing team. They are always helpful with meeting all of my needs as well as all other resident needs I am sure. The planned get together gatherings are a great way to meet your neighbors as well as the whole team. The Maintenance team are great and are fast at fixing any minor issues that may occur in my apartment and within a very timely matter which is great. The upkeep of the apartments are clean. If you are looking for great customer service and a wonderful place to call home than this is the team . I should know I have been a happy resident since 2013 and still am.
I have lived here for just a little over a year now and any problems I've ever had, management has been very prompt in getting it taken care of. Summer 2016 I called for a bug problem upon moving in and after two weeks I was 100% bug free and not one since. Spring 2017 I had two wasp nests growing on my balcony and within 2 days it was taken care of. In between then, whenever I have any kind of issue, management would have maintenance fix the problem within 24-48 hours. That doesn't pertain to only my apartment, but the pool area as well. Whether it's been the pool light being out or the volleyball net being torn down by kids, they have fixed the problems promptly. I've also appreciated the security guards we have as they are visually seen and keep vagrants out when possible. With the various female friends I have to visit and my daughter, it's nice knowing they'll have added reassurance for their safety. Currently trying to work on getting some sort of pool pass for more guests, but that's not really an issue as it's more a want. All in all though, management has been great with me and during my time living here. And it's convenient as it's right off of 360, down the street from accessing I-30 and 183, 161 is also just a few minutes away.
I have lived here for two years and for the most part I've been happy. During my stay the complex has given great parties for its residents. The annual crawfish boil was great. I have referred a couple of my friends. The only complaint I have is that there is no grace period. I forgot to pay my rent by the due date and was charged a late fee of $50.
I lived here for 1 year (2016-2017). My experience here was HORRIBLE. Frequent break ins within the complex, roaches, trash all over the ground, trash dumpsters often overflowing, gun shots almost every other weekend. A car was set on fire in the back of the building I lived in.

It’s has only been 6 months living here at Cedar Bend Apartments and my experience has been nothing short of “Awesome!”; Kimberly and Rosa are very welcoming, courteous, respectful, and, prompted. My apartment was up to date with “brand new” appliances, flooring etc. throughout. Whenever I needed anything repaired in my apartment the maintenance staff is prompted with making sure the repairs are completed within 24 hours at the minimum. Also, the maintenance staff “goes the extra mile” to ensure the grounds within the community are kept clean and free of trash/clutter. Our community is completely protected by Security who can be seen patrolling daily. I am also amazed at the personal attention Kimberly; Rosa and maintenance staff gives to the tenants in the community; the parties are amazing; they go out of their way to provide “Home-cooked” meals for holidays parties complete with décor; music, and partying gifts so the community can interact with one another. This is my very first time ever writing any reviews regarding my residence for any apartment complex. I am very happy and satisfied with choosing Cedar Bend as my place to call home.
If you like an apartment complex crawling with RATS and cockroaches, live at Cedar Bend. My apartment has had cockroaches for the last three months, and recently, rats began scurrying around. After encountering the first, I was informed by management that "we've got a problem with rodents in your building." Funny, since no one came to proactively set traps or inform me of this. NOW? I have rat droppings and other nasty things on my stovetop, countertops, and on my dishware, and on the floor. They have gnawed and destroyed clothing. The common areas consistently have trash laying around. AVOID, unless you like long-tailed creatures scurrying about at night, and management that expects you to pay for that experience.
I adore my apartment. We've rented two from the same complex because we love the staff so much. We started in the one bedroom apartment now we are in the town homes that are beautiful. My kitchen is furnished. I have a fire place. Brand new carpet. Kim and Rosa are sweet and punctual when meeting request of the tenants. The maitnece crew is knowledgeable and available 24 hours. The area is safe and quiete at night. My neighbors are friendly. Couldn't ask for a better location since we're less than 5 miles from six flags, ball park, and stadium! I give it ???????? two thumbs up.
Good apartments when stuff is needed to be fixed they do is in a fast and timely matter...haven't had any issues since moving in and I love that they have this these things to where they check on ur apartment
I'm tired of my apartments always being under new management. There has been several break ins, people robbed, and I just don't feel safe.
The deposits were kind of high. But otherwise finalized process with ease
