Property Ratings at Cedar Bluff Apartments
My kids and I just recently moved in and already love it. The area is great, it’s quiet, and the manager Isabel is awesome! I needed to move asap and she made it happen, she’s very nice, friendly and attentive.
I just moved in and I'm already very pleased with the quite and cleanliness of the property. Isabel in the front is a very delightful person to work with. She handles things promptly and was very professional. I had more comfort knowing that she would handle things in a timely manner should I ever have any issues in the future in my new home.
Isabel in the front office is great! She was able to get us moved in quickly and she responded very fast to issues I had upon move in. The maintenance people are very efficient and respectful. I like that the apartments are older because they are built better than a lot of the newer apartments. The complex is quiet and very family friendly. The only downside is the parking. If you will be having guests the parking may be an issue.
We lived here for three years and loved it until it was bought out this summer. Now there’s a new property manager, who is unprofessional and vindictive. They changed the locks on our apt before our move out date even though we were current on rent. There are so many roaches and the pest control company can’t vanquish them. I’m so glad we’re moved out and my kids don’t have to live here anymore. They deserve better than this place.
As well as the schools here my kids love.it is quite here and am am pleased so far.
This complex was terrible to live at not because of the neighbors, but because of the PARKING. You get one space under a covered parking area and you park your others cars across which is full most of the time so you have to park extra far from your apartment. Hated doing that. The AC only worked in one room of my apt, the other room was always over 80 degrees and I melted Everytime I was in there. The other thing was the roaches,they are disgusting and everywhere they had already sprayed my apartment many times and they still came back and were everywhere. Wouldn't recommend.
No Complaints..Nice Apts.Quiet.maintance on time every time.VERY PROFESSIONAL MANERGER&MANANGMENT Great Location.parking maybe a challenge time to time.But Not Enuff too Complain About..ill consider signing Another Lease if I had too...No Complaints From me!!!!!!
A down to earth small complex. All your necessities are met here. Few kids play outside but nothing rowdy or illegal. This has been a nice start to a new beginning for me and my family.
Great apartments for how old they are. The maintenance are always on point and even though management has changed since the time we moved in I still have no complaints about them. The neighbors are friendly and it's good to see all the children getting along and playing together. I plan on staying here for many more years to come.
