Just recently moved in and we love our place and our landlord! She’s so helpful and straightforward with us! She made it feel at home from the very first day! She’s very understanding in any situation and that’s definitely needed in this economy! Definitely recommend living here it’s so peaceful!

We love this apartment and monsae, very quiet and everyone is nice, very understanding and keeps her units nice and well kept! Paloma Garden has the best maintenance team anyone could ever have! The apartments are very spacious, we love them so much!

Very affordable housing with well kept appliances and spaces. The management was always helpful and kind with any needs concerning the apartments.

The apartments are absolutely beautiful and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. We have leased here for a few years and have never had any situations come up with either the apartment or staff. The apartments are well maintained and professionally cared for. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a home.

We have lived here for coming up on three years and they have taken such great care of us! Any issue has been handled the same day and everyone is so helpful and very easy to reach. A great environment and wonderful people in charge! Can not recommend highly enough!

Great place to live the apartment are extremely nice. I never have a problem getting any maintenance orders done definitely a big plus. The yard is the perfect size for my dogs. I love how quiet it is here It is definitely a great location!! Safe environment! I also work from home and they do a great job of keeping me updated when they have pest control and filter changes.

My boyfriend and I’s first apartment and it’s been a wonderful experience. Everyone is super helpful, especially the managers. Whenever there is an issue they are quick to fix it. The apartments are also located off a private road hidden from all the crazy city life. I love it here! :)

So to start with, the building it's self. I lived in the 1 bed room 1 bath. Very nice place to live. Close enough to base which is convenient for military. Everything worked great as far as appliances. I had 1 issue one time where the dead blot broke and I put in a work order, and within an hour or so staff was there to fix it. As far as staff, they are very helpful and polite. They'll work with you the best they can, which everytime in my experience was perfect. They knew me by name and would always say hi when they would see me. Amazing staff, amazing apartments. I loved living here. And if I ever had to I would choose to live here first again. Easily a 10/10.

I have been living here for two years and I love my apartment. Landlord is amazing and they really care about all the tenants here. Love the stand up tile shower and the washer and dryer included in the unit. I recommend these apartments.
