We had to delay move in because the unit was disgusting when we moved in. The previous tenants were smokers and it reeked of cigarettes. The carpet was disgusting when we did move in and it appeared to not be cleaned at all. Neighbors are very loud on certain nights and despite having a gated community car was broken into twice! Avoid living here

These are clean apartment and are very good for the price. I will say that parking is a bit of a nightmare. The spaces are very small, and it's not assigned parking, so late at night and on weekends it can be very hard to find a spot.
