Horrible.
If you want a place that’s respectable and treats you fairly, this isnt it. Maintenance doesnt do but the bare minimum. Leaves faulty equipment in the apartment for over a year keeping a dangerous hazard nearby. Think its no big deal toilet water leaking through the closet ceiling on the lightbulb. Got some kind of pest or bugs in the apartment? Oh take care of it yourself cause they wont deal with it. AC unit leaking? Wont check on it until it ruins the carpet. Doesnt give heads up and will tow you no matter who you are. Raises the rent every year even if you make the same. Doesnt allow you to further yourself. Make over 34k? Bye bye, “Too rich” this place doesnt even deserve the one star cause of the drug dealers and noisy neighbors this place provides to. Long as they get your money they dont care. place as a whole needs a complete overhaul. Ridiculous.
