Property Ratings at CEDAR CREEK VILLAGE APARTMENTS
I feel lonely of how quiet it is... and I like it.. been living 1 year 2022 to 2023 and almost 2024. And it is great if you mind your own business.. I like it here rent is fair.
Not a safe place. People here are rude and aggressive. Management is horrible. Blames you if you report anything, and will laugh at you and call you crazy. Lazy and unpredictable. Stay far away unless you are desperate for a place to live. Gunfire from Claus Rd. During holidays, gunfire onsite, nearby. Just be aware! Absolute worst place I've ever had the displeasure of living in!
I lived there for nearly 6 years and I loved it. A pet friendly facility with quiet neighbors. I loved the pool access. The only thing I found lacking was laundry facilities. Although they have washers and dryers, there may never seemed to be enough. I had to time doing my laundry to make sure there were available machines. The place and grounds are kept up very nice and I loved my neighbors. We were like a family over time. I recommend this place to anyone needing basic affordable living.
Currently still live here in the "Classic" model. It feels quite safe here. Although I wouldn't call it very quite if you live on the side near Claus rd. like me, because you will hear the traffic. Personally I kind of like having some "background noise" like that so it works for me. It usually does quite down a bit by night time. Probably my only real complaint is the ants in the spring and summer. They will raid your apartment if you don't keep clean and put food away in the fridge or into sealed containers. Even then, often you will see stray ants running around. Other then that, the apartment is cozy and comfortable. From my experience, maintenance had typically been quick, sometimes they would come fix it same day right after I requested. The staff are all very nice friendly people. This place is pretty good for the price you pay.
Maintenance was never competed for 2 years. Manager was disrespectful and rude. Targeted my family blaming us for things that were not our fault. Like when our place was broken into he tried to say it was our fault. Infested buildings with ants, spiders and cockroaches. Trying to get a parking spot is a nightmare. Had to park in guest parking almost every day. Just an all around terrible place to live.
Cedar Creek Village Apartments are clean and quiet. The office Staff Sue and Charlotte are the sweetest people ever. I felt right at home when applying for a place.
