Property Ratings at Cedar Creek Village
Beautiful little home!! Great Location Sherwood is amazing awesome schools close to shopping and eating out. Office staff is amazing and so helpful. Parking is great nice to have Birthday party's and lots of parking for my guests. Thank you for everything This home is perfect.
I recently moved from Cedar Creek Village, after living there for 13 years. I chose it because it was the most affordable 3-bedroom/2-bath apartment in Sherwood, and quickly found it to be roomy and quiet. Its residents are respectful and polite, even helpful - during my recent move, a neighbor whom I'd never formally met, stopped his vehicle & helped me put my washing machine into my truck.... that's awesome. The landlord is a 10/10 - super friendly, fair and attentive. The ownership seems to be responsive to requests for updates, and have provided necessary updates over the years. The apartments are pretty roomy, well-insulated (my power bills are very reasonable) and there's plenty of parking. It's centrally-located in Sherwood and is 100ft from a TriMet bus stop. Several restaurants and a couple brew pubs are all in walking distance or a tiny drive away and you're not far from 99W and ultimately, Interstate 5 and the coast. Pros: Non-Smoking property, 2 laundry rooms, locked mailboxes, pets allowed, great price, quiet, well cared for, close to everything, great schools all around and professionally managed with friendly neighbors. Cons: No workout room or swimming pool.
I have lived here for 2 years now. Both units I have occupied (upgraded to a larger apartment) have been nice. Units are well insulated and have decent appliances. Rent stays consistent. Any repairs are done in a week or less and I have never had a problem getting things taken care of. I very rarely hear my surrounding neighbors, even when I was in a downstairs unit. The property is always maintained and kept looking nice. The only issues I ever had was about a six month period and it involved a particular manager but she was quickly replaced. The new management team (Lisa and David) are awesome. Lisa is super nice and always there to help with issues.
This used to be a great place to live when the old apartment manager was Shannon, but the new apartment managers have made our experience here unbelievably stressful and awful. We get written notices MONTHLY and the last one was for letting our cat sit on our stairs outside. Their poor attitude makes it very difficult and undesirable to work with them.
