Roaches and they don’t care

Firstly . Just please look else where . The roaches are ridiculous . Secondly their not proactive about clearing up the roach issue. They actually tell the tenant that they have to proactively call if they want an exterminator to come out and spray . I had to talk mess just to have someone come out here and do more than just spray. There’s not enough closet space . One tiny linen closet . And of course the room closets that’s it . I have just lived in apartments where they value their tent ants. These apartments aren’t it . Could be cool for a first time apartment Or something

Have being living at Cedar Grove apartment since 2017, and I really value Toye management excellent customer services. The maintenance services is out of this world. Always very efficient and accurate. Environment is generally accommodating and friendly. I do not have any complaints whatsoever.

Manager is disrespectful an argumentative..we have problems in our apt an when I reported them I got attitude an no respect from management.i called Corp office an I hope they look into it.i will do a follow up next week .. disappointed tenant..

Used to be a nice place.

It takes forever for them to come fix stuff in your apartment. I have been waiting for 5 months for them to come fix some issues I reported. They come into your apartment in your absence at anytime, without your notice. The environment is very dirty.

The Grove

I've been living here for over 6 years now and I have seen these apartments at its worst and at its best. It is a really nice living space and a very friendly community once you have connected with your neighbors. There are a lot of improvements based on safety, environmental cleanliness, as well as pool access. The rooms are very spacious and so are the living room and main bathroom. It's greatly prices and hopefully I'll be able to live here for a while longer.

There's No Place Home

THERE'S NO PLACE LIKE HOME. KNOWING THAT YOU'RE SAFE AND COMFORTABLE TO THE POINT YOU PREFER TO STAY IN THAN LEAVE YOUR APT. WE WOULD MAKE SURE WE HAD ALL OUR NECESSITIES AT HOME SO THAT WE DIDN'T HAVE TO LEAVE OUR SAFE ABODE. I'M SO HURT THAT THE LEASE WAS UP AND WE NEEDED MORE SPACE AND THE APARTMENT WE WERE STAYING IN DIDN'T PROVIDE WHAT WE NEEDED. LOOKING FOR SOMETHING ELSE WHERE WE CAN CALL HOME ONCE AGAIN.
