Apartment itself was ok, but had a lot of ants and other insects roaming about. Had an issue when management did failed to report new tenant to electric company and I got charged for time I was not there. Management refused to do anything about it. Be careful and watch your accounts.

If it snows heavy here overnight be prepared to miss work the next morning, completely unacceptable that it takes more than 24 hours for the parking lots to get cleared. Overall not impressed with the very rude and incompetent staff that manages this building.

I'm so sorry to see this review and I hope this will make some sense to you ;) Please know that I communicate very closely with our contracted plowing service every year. They are on top of the weather and have a method to which the plowing is done. See the below dates Our first plow run-through was last night. Today, we've had our 2nd run - through and a 3rd is scheduled for later tonight. These run - throughs are around parked cars. I'm not able to schedule a FULL plow until the snow is forecasted to end. A FULL plow is when we post to all residents which you'll see is for Friday, 10:00am on the 5th. Date expected service: Tuesday and Wednesday 1/3 and 1/4. I love the location and the fact that they are cleaning up and renovating the apartments and hallways too. Underground garage is included, which never happens and heat, water etc is all included in the rent amount. New management is so much more responsive dive and friendly! I’m happy with the changes.

I have lived here since 2005, management is amazing, when somthing needs attention it is addressed within 24 hours. I can seriously say I have never had one major issue in the 13 years I have been here. Thank you Cindy for making cedarhill apartments my home... RM
Love my Apartment! Since I moved in March 2015 I have truly enjoyed my apartment. The staff and property manager have bent over backwards to accommodate me. They have replaced my toilet, which was older and took a lot of time to flush. I got a new air conditioner when mine was struck by lightening. I like to work out in the fitness room and take a sauna, they gave me my own key to enter the building its located in. I felt like a bothersome tenant with issues that would come up, but they never made me feel like I was a bother and they always took care of any issue promptly. The apartment complex always looks very nice and they are always updating things, the walkway, the landscaping and the common area's are very nicely maintained. I think its a awesome place to live!
I've lived here just a few months but I love it. My apartment is so nice, vaulted ceilings, big pantry, two bathrooms, I love the layout. It is so much nicer than others I viewed in the area. There is a laundry room on each floor and a trash chute. Heated underground parking spot included in rent plus a surface lot. Pool, hot tub, workout room, has everything on my wish list. Building is mostly quiet, barely hear the neighbors.
I LOVE the apartments here! They have a really nice layout if you have a roommate (living room is between the 2 bedrooms) so there is a lot of privacy and they are really nice on the inside. From a customer service standpoint, they need some work though. They have someone named Cheryl who ive had 4 or 5 bad interactions with (one she literally yelled at me like I had broken the law because i was trying to drop off a check on a Saturday and the office was closed but she came storming out anyways just to yell at me about being closed). Aside from Cheryl, this place is awesome.
Cedar Hills is a next home out of your own home. Been here for 2.5 years and havent faced any issues with management. I have stayed in the first floor and now in second floor, No sound from either side. Side or bottom. Neighbors are great and they are wonderful without any issues. Heated garage in the underground becomes the plus of the apartment. Aldi nearby is great. Metro transit connectivity is another plus. I am an Indian and this is a next place after my home. Easy access to MN7, I 394, 169. Commute to Minneapolis downtown is easy. So much space in Kitchen and Closets allows us to have as many things as we can. Balcony is the awesome place. We grow plants and they are spectacular. Cindy, Sheril and the other managers are great people who make our living easy. I LOVE THIS PLACE TO LIVE
