Location is getting better. the appearance of the resident is looking great and more things are getting done . The neighbors are very pleasant and nice.
The management could be improved as there are ongoing issues, such as trash being left around the premises and challenges with parking availability. While the location is highly convenient, this is perhaps its only strong point. Additionally, it appears unprofessional to bring a baby to work, which raises concerns about workplace standards and professionalism.

Making lots of improvements in the community. Feel like a very safe place to reside. I’ve been in this community for years and I love the location and the atmosphere. I hope that the community will continue to grow and bring positive energy.
Can be very noisy and not picked up. Would love to see the trash more monitored, breezeways cleaned, and grass cut. I also feel like parking is not very monitored.

I like the location. Easy to get where I need to go in the city. Walk to location , enjoy the sports and entertainment within my area. Have choices of different eatery. Walking to nearest parks.

Love it! Been here for a few years. Would love a bit more of a community atmosphere here but that being said everyone is so friendly at Ginkgo.
It’s been a great experience for several individuals that had the opportunity to live in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Giving everyone the opportunity to live in a nice and convenient area builds life long confidence. We’ve been here for 3 years and everyone that has moved on after a year , moved onto successful housing!! People pay for nice and safe places to stay. Unfortunately this will be our last year. It’s sad that the people that need to live in this community because it allows for connivance to grocery stores, restaurants and drug stores and transportation . The transportation is needed by those that can’t afford to buy a car to get to and from work. This is opportunity for many. Unfortunately it has to end.
