Property Ratings at Cedar Park III Apartments
If you want to live right next to the train tracks, endure the blaring of train horns right next to your window and feel the wrath of it (shaking apartment, unsteady picture frames, pausing conversations/tv) then this place is for you! The inside was okay we liked that there wasn’t any carpet in our unit. No complaints other than minor stuff i.e, fans falling out of ceiling, the occasional garbage disposal failure, and no hot water for the first week (had to make 4 phone calls 4 diff maintenance tries). Be warned you may have some transient “neighbors” living in the brush across from the tracks. Our legit neighbors next door were 17-19 yr old girls who would occasionally get drunk and kick down a fence or two. One was so loud on a Tuesday night my roommate and I thought she lost a limb... ok price for 3 beds.
