I put in a application did not receive a phone call and when I called to ask if I can bring in the paper work and money order she just told me I don't qualify without even looking at my papers didn't even give me a chance just rude

The community is great, I have nice neighbors and feel the environment in general is good. My pet enjoys his little walks around the complex.

Well I've have been here for 1yr. So far everything is good. The area is good and several shopping centers around. I like my 1 bed room apt. It is spacious and love my patio. Management staff are pretty cool. Satisfied

So far I enjoy living here. I was not sure at first but I definitely like it. Management staff is always helpful. My work orders get done on a timely manner. And is it is very quiet, My kids love the park and I love that is it always clean.

I like living here. My kids school is around the corner. We love that and it is a blessing everything is close by and I fell safe, specially for this single mom.

This is my 2nd yr living here. Love it here. Schools are close by and stores as well. Pretty clean and no issues so far. I will recommend this place. Rent price well not bad reasonable.

I have been living here for 5 yrs. I have no issues the area is good. No issues out side with like noise and disturbances. Office staff in general are pretty kind and helpful

I was looking to move in right away and they helped me through my process which I liked a lot they were super welcoming and the apartment was very nice and spacious which I enjoyed so my kids are able to play I would recommend it here if you looking in the South Sacramento area.

I lived here for about 2 years. I really liked it so did my kids I love how they had a playground so my kids were able to enjoy themselves and the pools during the summer were always open. I would recommend if you are looking around this area.

The apartment is not that good at all. It took them 2 months to fix my dishwasher. When I left they took 550$ from my deposit! I don't advise anyone to live there. You can easily find much better apartment within the same money range.

Very Bad Management. This Apartment Complex is Infested with German Cockroaches.. Manager is rude and Unprofessional. Disgusting place.. dogs poop everywhere!! neighbors stealing packages..

I was referred by a friend and I recently moved here a few months ago. The area is quiet with the exception of children playing outside. I live in a 1 bedroom and it's a good size to start off, the rent is a little on the expensive side but what isn't? I like it here and hope it continues to be like that.

If you have children these apartments are not for you ! These apartments are infested with coach roaches and when you tell management they do not solve anything. They raise your rent without any warning ,you need to pay insurance for apt , no parking spaces , if something breaks down you have to pay . These apts are WAY OVER PRICED they are not worth it . Owners and management clearly don’t care about the people who live there it’s all about money . You have to pay for your parking space as well and if you park somewhere else it will be towed !

I have been living here for more than 2 years and I live calmly with my children, everything is clean and the maintenance personnel always fix any damage and they are very kind and very hard-working, the people in the office always give an excellent service and with great kindness and clarity .

I have lived here for almost 2 years. I have never had any issues. I will recommend this apts to my friends and fam. The office staff are nice people and are helpful. And also when I have any maintanance peoblem at home, they attend it in a timely manner. I'm happy here the area is perfect for me stores and all i need around this area.

I like living here, I've been living in my apartment for almost 2 years now, no bad experiences so far. All my neighbors are really nice people and most importantly it's a quiet community. The only issue I would say there has to do with the lack of parking, hopefully, they can address that in the near future. On the overall great staff and a great community, I would recommend living here.

Roaches everywhere, they come out the tub the toilet the sinks once you think you don’t have any boom they all come out at once leaving egg shells everywhere

It has too many roaches everywhere no matter how clean you try to keep your house , they are in the kitchen in the bathroom even in the rooms and closets it’s disgusting

I am happy in these apartments. Cedar Ridge is very clean and organized for everyone who lives here. The office staff are professional and very friendly.

Honestly great place to live, move in with my son about 8 months ago and we absolutely love our home. My son loves spending time in the pool, I personally enjoy my kitchen with new cabinets and beautiful granite counter top, it’s definitely my fav. part of the apartment :) I haven’t had any problems with roaches or parking as some reviews pointed out, I’m just glad I moved in and made my own opinion.

I have lived here for a year now and haven’t had any problems. It is a pretty quiet community day and night. I like living here and my experience has been pleasant. They’ve been doing some landscape updates and to be honest is looking very nice!

I moved in last fall to Cedar Ridge apartments and I have loved them. The management team is super nice and always helpful, especially Hilda. Its a family friendly place and so is perfect for my family. The maintenance team is on top of everything. Also, it is very affordable.

I have been here for almost 3 yrs nd have not had any complains ..the apartment complex is always maintained clean . always hve prompt service. They always trying there best to be up to date with safety nd any policy chnges. Before thy didn't have many visitor parking know thy have alot more .. They also hve nice size apartments with good price range ...

I moved in last year to a 2bedroom , 1bath with my family. I have been very happy here. The apartment is nice and comfortable. My needs as a tenant are very satisfied. The maintenance are nice professional they are always meeting my needs and work very hard. The assistance mangers in the office are very nice and professional they very helpful. My neighbors are quite and I have not had any problems. The location of the complex is very convenient it is close to food markets, restaurants, and Kaiser medical offices. The swimming pools are clean and barbecue grills. Overall i will be living here for years to come. I recommend this apartment complex!

I moved in last year with my family in this 2 bedroom 1 bath . What I really like is the wooden floors, granite counters and dark cherry cabinets. My neighbors are nice and quiet. The maintenance are very nice and the assistants managers in the office provide great customer service. I definitely recommend this complex it's close to grocery stores and down the street from Kaiser. Very satisfied!

I have only good things to say about this complex. Been living here for many years, my kids were raised here. The only reason to move out will be if i actually buy a home. I have not had no issues with vandalism, annoying neighbors or roaches. I come home from work and have peace and quiet. Pools are awesome and pets alowed, awesome place.

I have lived here for over 13 yrs. I have seen alot of changes through out the complex. I love it here and love the fact that it is quiet. I have not had any issues with anything. When i do have a maintance request they act on it promptly. The office staff is awesome, they do what they have to do to help me out. I recommend these Apartments.

Management has seriously stepped up their game in the last two years! They are very consistent and follow through with my work orders, everything is at the best! If you are looking for a new home, with a great location please do not hesitate to apply. My family & I are very happy including my kitty :-)

I love my newly remodel 1-bedroom apartment :) very spacious and perfect for me and my furry friend. I am happy to live here and best of all they accept pets, which is the main reason I chose these apartments. Very quiet community, with a friendly atmosphere, and attentive management/maintenance staff.

I was searching for an apartment for so long! Everywhere I looked everything was filled or just disgusting and not well taken care of. I finally came across this complex and have nothing bad to say about it. My neighbors are the best, my two little girls love playing in the playground while I do the laundry a win, win for both of us... If you are looking for a community that is well taken care of and a management who actually cares I would recommend Cedar Ridge 100%!!!!

I love love love my new home , just moved in about a month ago could not be more delighted. Currently my first home, and no problems AT ALL!! Everyone here is very friendly with a very diverse community, the freeway is very close by which is a perk! Many shopping centers nearby as well. ALSOOOOOOO no sign of any roaches anywhere. I would definitely recommend one to start and end here if you are looking for a new & clean :)!

This property is always to clean and staff is always organized! Can’t believe they’re always so happy. I can’t thank them enough for what they have done for me and my two daughters! If I could I would rate them 20 stars

I have finally completed my first year here, and it couldn’t have gone more amazing! I am always token care of when a problem occurs, staff is so great. The appliances in my home are the best also it is very close to work the freeway and grocery shopping. Living here is a must

Lived here for about 6 years my family could not be more happy, we are always taken care of whenever there is a problem. They installed a park for the children great idea!! Family is everything especially mine, you will be happy I promise

My experience at this complex has always been phenomenal. Staff is always on top of everything, making sure my family is well attended. You will not regret living here wonderful location to shopping centers and grocery stores. Also very family oriented love the idea of a park in the complex. And there is also parks nearby. Highly recommended.

I am very happy in this complex, because when I need my unit they respond quickly to my request and on the other hand I feel calm for the security we have. Likewise, everything that is referred to on the outside is organized and clean. I will give them from 1 to 10 of course I give them 10, both in the office and maintenance, they are all very kind and good people.

Great place to live. I have lived here for numerous years and will live here many more. Great apartment. Layout is wonderful, have many upgrades, great friendly management and hardworking staff. Quite place. Got complaints or maintenance needs? report it!!! well kept up. Great location. The neighborhood is walk-able, I like electronic pay and understand why they use it (prevents partial payments).

cockroaches,cockroaches, cockroaches, cockroaches this complex is infested with cockroaches, no matter how clean you are they still come in the bathroom in you bedrooms, in the kitchen this place is just nasty, overflowing dumpsters, no parking there is no guest parking at all if you park on the street you will get a ticket if you park in the apt they tow you, theft and vandalism from unsupervised children, no work orders in years of habitation, management is a joke!!!!!

I've been living here for about 6months now and I can honestly say that this complex is one of the cleanest properties in this area. The office team is so friendly and very responsive. So many upgrades in my apartments, I am very happy.

Moldy unsealed old windows, cockroaches, overflowing dumpsters, no parking, theft and vandalism from unsupervised children, no work orders in years of habitation, management is a joke!!!!!

Roach infested, mold, filthy pool unlike the one pictured, repairs are substandard, unable to contact property owner, rent is raised by the hundreds, black tar like substance seeps through floor boards.

Very expensive not worth your money. No parking available
