Roaches roaches roaches!! Nice fully renovated units though, full fledge! Washer and dryer in unit at least for me. Walls are all wood, why roaches will be very hard to get rid of. Took me over a year.

Great place to live but some tenants don't clean up after their pets. Poop that looks disgusting on the beautiful grass. Otherwise everything is fine. Also the light poles don't light up the area.

Have had alot of issues with appliances going out and not being fix in a timely manner. Bug service is payed for every month but alot of months skip and no compensation given back. Lost ac in middle of summer and took 3 weeks to have a solution.

Other than the pool taking forever to get fixed I am overall happy with my experience. Maintenance is always quick to do repairs when a service order is entered in the app and they are always friendly.

I had a lot of complaints before, but the neighborhood seems to have gotten better. There are no dogs pooping in front of my door step anymore. We still need to work my upstairs neighbors with all of the noise all times of day and night and dropping food and trash in front of my door. But most things are improving. Thank you.

What community? People don’t interact and neither does management. There is no community engagement. Sitting at a computer putting events on a calendar 3-4 times a year does not tell people or show people that maybe don't know how to BE A COMMUNITY.

The apartment is beautiful and well laid out. It is a quality and sturdy apartment with quality finishes. I especially love the cabinets, floors, and tile backspash. Upon move-in my washer and dryer were set in the wrong positions and not hooked up. There also are quite a bit more bugs present than I would like but I think that it was sprayed before I moved in and the bugs will soon be dying off.

Not priced too badly. I haven’t had any issues regarding bugs luckily (could just be from keeping apartment clean). Could use some improvements, but overall the cheapest apartments I could find that aren’t in the worst area.

This area has changed so much since I first moved in. In the beginning I loved my apartment (I still love it) it seems like the area changed. People leave trash everywhere. Dogs run around pooping everywhere (nobody cleans it up) I’ve had to throw away 2 welcome mats because dogs poop on them and I don’t have a dog. Sounds like my upstairs neighbor is building something and /or bowling up there all times of day and night. There’s never an empty parking spot by my apartment door. Then all of a sudden roaches are taking over. It sometimes makes me feel like just pay your rent and nobody care about your living situation because I’ve sent messages to management or called about all of these things. and ………….??

Plantatian Place Apartments

Its hard to get anything fix in your apartment. A lot is left unfix since I moved in .No one has came to fix them. I'm getting these smart remarks about my front door that need replacing from the younger maintenance that all the doors have this opening for ventilation. I have to pack all around it. That's a balled face lie. I gave seen many of the doors. Can't afford these high electric cost. Will be breaking my lease if something ain't done soon. Be careful where you move anymore had to fight "Roaches and Gnats this summer. I complained but what for nothing was done. Be Ware.
