Cedar Ridge

These cockroaches apartments are infested, management don’t do anything about it. They don’t care about the health of people living here. So disappointed.

Cedar Ridge was my first apartment ever and at first it was a pretty good apartment complex. Not too bad, my neighbors were pretty cool and quiet. In March, my a/c broke and it took a whole month for someone to even come out and look at it and even then it didnt get fixed. So another work order went in 2 days later and another month went by and j was told they were “catching up” and would “get to me when they had time”. Almost 5 months pass by of no a/c, me not even living there anymore, they finally fix it but now there are roaches and ants constantly. Roaches. Roaches. Roaches. Everywhere i look. No matter what i do there is always more. At this point i was just done, and i was unable to break my lease without paying 600 something dollars. New management might be cool, but i just don’t have it in me to even give them a chance.

Disclaimer - I don't move for another two weeks but I am super excited to be moving to Cedar. Keshia & Pam thank you for your time and your positivity through the tour. You have already made me feel like a long term resident within minutes.

Amazing apartments! Really impressed with the interiors. Definitely one of the nicest in the area, not to mention the super management team.

My husband and I have been living at Cedar Ridge for almost a year now, and will be renewing our lease. I love the office staff Pam and Keshia has been helpful though this entire time. They really care about there job and residents. I wanna say keep up the good work.

I toured this property, and it is absolutely beautiful! It’s a great location, it’s close to Garth Rd. , the amenities are awesome, and the assistant manager and manager were so sweet and helpful.

I have lived here for years and I believe that it is a nice place to call home.

In a great location, I'm close to everything I need. Staff is very friendly and maintenance get work done pretty fast.

Just recently moved here with a very short notice to the office about wanting to move in, and they got me all set to go and ready with the keys in their hands in a week. Staff is amazing and genuinely care about your experience. Any tiny issue you may have with the unit, they’re calling somebody and have someone out to fix the problem within the hour. Never seen such good customer service out of a complex, I can’t recommend this place enough. Keshia in particular is the girl to go to! She goes the extra 10 miles and is always readily available to help. Girl deserves a raise.

I recently moved in and had to give the five star to this place as it deserves. The office staff is amazing. Not only friendly but extremely accommodating. Service request was completed in a day.

I was please with all aspect from my first visit to signing my lease. The friendly helpful staff were very informative. Thank You girls for all y'all did for me.

Cedar Ridge is the absolute best place i have ever lived in Baytown. Management is awesome.

The Girls are the best! they were so informative and answered all my questions. even got me approved to move in less then a week after applying for the apartment. The apartments are beautiful and I'm so happy to call Cedar Ridge my future home. I would rate 10 stars if I could :)

This has been a great place to live so far. I've been here 3 months and very happy. The grounds are taken well care of, The staff is always helpful and I've never been to a community that hosts little events. The people who work here are very professional and go out of there way for there residents.

Pam and Keshia goes over and beyond for the property anything that needs to be fixed they get it done. Maintenance is outstanding always there when we need them. If you are looking to move this is the place.

I recently moved my family to Houston and I can honestly say that the office staff have been very accommodating, helpful and knowledgeable. If there are any issues the staff fixes them in an adequate amount of time. It really is a great place to live.

This place is the best place ever, you will have the best experience.The apartments looks nice, the interior is nice, good customer service and I love the office staff.

We moved in the apartments in May 2019 and Keisha in the office has been nothing short of amazing in addressing all of our concerns. A Quiet and clean property.

The staff at Cedar Ridge are very helpful and great. Tiffani was very informative when I called to ask about a 1 bedroom. Location is great for what I'm looking to be near family. I plan on moving soon. God bless

This is the best apartment community I have ever been living in. maintenance is super fast and professional. The staff here are very friendly. They do care every resident in the apartment. Price is very fair. They do lots of maintenance and renovation regularly. Cedar ridge apartment is really great.

These apartments and this area is very quiet. Filled with hard working individuals, respectful neighbors and a great community to raise your kids in. Everyone here is family. Community leaders have hosted numerous events over the two years I have rented here to help the residents and to bring everyone together (i.e pool parties, back to school bash, Friday snacks etc). My kids love it around here, I love it around here. There is nothing more rewarding than raising your kids around family and coming home to peace of mind and a sense of security.

I have resided here at this apartment going on two years and I've never had any issues. The staff are great and helpful. It's a safe environment. The maintenance is good as well.

These apt are so beautiful and pieceful staff is amazing very nice and polite always trying to help resident out on anything Maintenance always on time fixing stuff thank you Cedar Ridge staff for everything.

Beautiful peaceful place to live. Staff very helpful and always thinking of ways to keep the community engage. Staff Keisha is awesome.

This is my first time leaving in Baytown, and i feel like i piked the right apartments. The manager is so nice and so are the other two ladies. I love that it’s a gated property and that has its own playground where my kids go play, the pool area is also vary nice; and i have great neighbors. Overall I haven’t had problems with these apartments. So I give it a 5 star!

I recently moved in this month and I just love it here. It's spacious, very clean, quiet and safe. I do wish their was a gym and I had a washer dryer but other than that it's the perfect place to live. The office staff and maintenance are also great.

I've been a resident for 8 months and the staff does a great job of updating and posting their hours of operations or if anything new is going on. I especially appreciate that they accept our packages we frequently order online for a safe delivery. Can't say enough good things about them!

I've lived here for over a year now. It has been nice and pretty quiet. Close to the beltway and 330. Plenty of good restaurants and establishments near by.

Beautiful and clean complex. Office ladies are very nice and helpful, and have made the moving in process short and easy.

Just moved in a month ago and the environment is wonderful and the staff is amazing. Wouldn't want to live anywhere else.

I live here and i can say the office staff is incredible...extremely caring and friendly..they go above and beyond to help us any way they can ...Pam & Keshia are the best!! Also maintenance always responds super fast.

Amazing place looking forward for my move in. The ladies in the office is amazing ?? they is always one step ahead on everything. What i love the most is that you get what you see. All units is the same. Move-in is a couple of days away.

Came here to just get prices and ending loving the place. Fireplaces and all bills included you can't beat that. I move in at the end of the month and i'm looking forward for my moving.

I love living at cedar ridge! The ladies in the office are always smiling and making sure everything goes by smoothly. I had trouble in my apartment and they quickly got the guys out there.

Love the community and the area. Close to a lot of stores but still quiet and not that busy area. the cookies in the office are delicious. Definitely would recommend.

I choose such a great complex to move into. They have set rates with the bills I dont have to worry about struggling to make sure to pay all my bills. Looks well kept and the ladies are so nice. Im excited to move!
