Property Ratings at Cedar Ridge
This place is falling apart. Termites infest at least one building. The buildings are almost condemned at this point. Staff is rude and dishonest. Your best bet would be to drive on by this place.
I currently live here and will be leaving. Maintenance doesn't exist and the landlord changes so frequently that no one knows what's going on
we made an appointment and went to meet someone from here to look at the place. nobody came after being on time. a tennant came up and actually told us this was normal and that shes been trying to see them to resign her lease. also, the place on the outside looked cheap and rundown. dont bother going here.

Called to to see if I could get a tour, whoever was on the phone was rude and hung up in the middle of me talking. I don’t know how they expect people to want to live there if we can’t get past the phone

I have lived at Cedar Ridge for years and it is great. It is a quiet place to live with friendly neighbors. The laundry room is on site. It`s a short walk to town and I love it here.
We are very pleased with the way things are done. Its a nice little community and the neighbors look look out for each other. Love that we found this place. the schimpf's
We have lived in the complex for nearly one year, around the time that the property changed ownership. The initial response to our maintenance issues, including a refrigerator replacement, was very responsive, but as time went on the maintenance services have become very slow to unresponsive. The landlord is very personable and the fact that they allow pets is a huge help. The hot water pressure is very weak at times and this is our longest-running issue. Otherwise, the property has been much improved since the new owners took over.
My daughter and I have lived here for over a year and it’s been bumpy. Until the new owners took over. They have been so understanding with me. It’s really felt like I’m apart of a little community. The changes that they are making really have been what has kept me here. And it’s super affordable for a single mother like me.
After relocating to OH from FL, I found these apartments. They are perfect for me and my children starting over somewhere new. Great location and wonderful staff. Aspen management has made significant improvements in the 6 months I've lived here and they're still continuing with that trend
My fiancé and I have lived here for a year and a half, since the new owners have taken over it has improved tremendously. I am very pleased with the updates they have made, and also the maintenance men are quick to fix things that need to be fixed. I know there are still changes that need to be made however they are doing a great job, also the property manager Jen is very good at what she does and very patient with people. Sheryl T.
So, I am going to start off with the bad. The complex is a little dated, and many of the rooms required heavy renovation. Aspen Management took over this place about a year ago and has been pretty diligently making repairs as time has gone on. The parking lot is a little cramped, so those of us with larger vehicles have trouble fitting into a parking spot. Contractors live here, so there are some large vans that are parked here as well. The issue seems to have stopped, but there was a time where you could find large amounts of litter and cigarette butts on the ground. The good, its a quiet area and I almost never hear my neighbors. We are far enough away from main roads that you dont hear any road noise. Its close enough to the town center and the strip with grocery stores and whatnot that you could walk if it is nice enough out. Management is friendly, upfront and honest and really does try to do what they can to fix any issues I have. Jennifer who manages the place is fantastic, and most importantly of all, shes very friendly and personable. Overall, despite the work that still needs to be done, I would say I am happy with living here. Chris R.
I have lived in my apartment for almost 12 years here, and I can honestly say the new owners are very good! Since they have arrived, they have put a lot work into improving the buildings. They have also made the courtyards look much better and cleaner. The parking lots have also been improved. The property manager Jennifer is professional and very friendly; she is best manager I have seen in 12 years of living here. Overall, Cedar Ridge is in a convent location, decent laundry machines and the tenants are decent. I can highly recommend Cedar Ridge.
Cedar Ridge is a wonderful apartment complex. I am a single woman newly disabled and I could not feel safer on my own here. The building maintenance has been so helpful they come as soon as they can it's never a very long wait. A helpful and extremely kind property manager and wonderful neighbors that care truly makes this a win-win choice.
I have only lived here a short time, but my townhouse is very quiet. I never hear my neighbors. The staff is great. Any time I have had a maintenance issue, it is resolved within 24 hours. I definitely recommend Cedar Ridge. - Amanda H.
Truly love living here. New owners and management care about their residents, truly listening to concerns. Maintenance is pretty good about repairing in a timely manner, not making you wait forever. Family and pet friendly, even have several pet waste disposal bins at each building. On county bus line for hospitals and shopping, convenient for those without a car.
Living at cedar ridge has been enjoyable ! It is in walking distance from the square and good distance to the highway. The neighbors are very nice and it is a quiet safe place to live .
Here at cedar ridge there has been a recent change of management. They are a very well run company who takes care of their residents. They have been renovating and cleaning the place up. They make sure the residents here are respectful. Also they allow pets now and offer free Wi-Fi. I would recommend this place to anyone .
This is the former Autumn Run. Since Aspen took over from Castle the Apartments started improving. It seemed within the week from the purchase. My family and I were ready to leave. But when we saw the improvements and that unlike Castle the Management (esp. Jennifer) took what needed to be done to heart. If you are looking for an apartment in Medina where you (the tenant) matters to the Owners (Aspen)the this is the place for you.
My 3 years here has been worry free and very comfortable. I am always satisfied with the professionalism of the staff? I highly recommend Cedar Ridge?
