Our manufactured and modular home community is located less than one mile from the Muskegon exit off US-131 and less than one minute from Downtown Cedar Springs, where there are tons of friendly, cultural and commercial activities, along with shopping and recreation that accommodates all ages.

Ada/ Cannon/ Plainfield is a large area surrounding the Grand Rapids to the north and west. Most of the community is filled with wooded spaces and farmlands, but cozy apartments are located in the northeastern and southern sections of town. trashy and misleading
The CSME website labels this park as a "luxury" living environment, but that could not be further from the truth. This "safe" and "quiet" community (their words, not mine) is bustling with drug dealers, littering, loud animals, gunshots, domestic abuse, cops, noise complaints, and more! Landlords regularly stroll the park, not to clean up or take note of necessary repairs, but instead to take photos of your home to document all of the extra charges they're going to send you. The landlords take weeks to respond to urgent maintenance requests, but thankfully you can count on their punctuality when it regards fining tenants over picky and unnecessary stipulations. Make sure to save up an extra couple hundred dollars each month to cover all of the unnecessary fees that you will be charged each billing statement. I suppose doubling the rent wasn't cutting it. This trailer park is sketchy, run down, and quite frankly, disgusting. I would not recommend this park to even my worst enemy. if you are thinking about moving here, i highly recommend reconsidering!
