Property Ratings at Cedar Terrace
When I was looking at Apartments in Bellevue, I couldn't believe the prices that all the other places were asking for. Then I scheduled an appointment to view my current apartment at Cedar Terrace. While the price was only a little less than the other places I viewed, the size of my one-bedroom apartment was at least 50% greater than all the others. I also fell in love with the location of the complex. Cedar Terrace is hardly a place one would expect to come across an apartment complex in the best way. The last apartment I rented before this one was surrounded by busy streets. Since people were constantly coming and going, no one noticed when a burglar walked away with all my belongings while I was at work one day. At Cedar Terrace, it is much more quiet and peaceful and I've traded being surrounded by streets in every direction for being surrounded by trees and landscaping. My only complaint about this complex is that the Management is a bit overly involved and overly ambitious. On average, I'd say that myself and the other tenants receive at least one email and/or note on our doors every two weeks about routine inspections, general warnings, or planned improvement projects. Perhaps this annoys me more than it should, but it is simply a sharp contrast to what I've experienced with other complexes that I only heard from maybe once every two months. That being said, an active management and maintenance team is a good thing in the long-run and is much better than a management team that ignores the needs of it's tenants. Overall, Cedar Terrace is a great complex with great amenities that include a jacuzzi, pool, gym and more. It is by far the best value I have been able to find in Bellevue, WA.
