Property Ratings at Cedar Terrace
Phone rings twice to "call back another time" every time I've called in the last two months. No reply to email either. They have by appointment only and no one answers the phone. I work Friday, the only no apointment day. Super frustrated because I'm pretty desperate for an affordable place.
