Lexington is a medium-sized town about twenty minutes west of Columbia. The management is really nice and they fix your problem in a day or two, my only problem is they overcharge people for a apartment that is really old instead of renovate the apartments then charge any price you want they leave it the way it is

This complex has gone down they expect you to post all this money but these 1990 apartments still look the same I went on a tour and they make it look so well but you don’t get what you see I’m so annoyed with what of happening all this money for the same ??

We’ve been here for three years but it’s finally been enough. For the last 12 months we’ve had a roach infestation in our kitchen and even spraying hasn’t helped. Can’t wait until our lease is finally up!

I recently moved in and I worked with Gervonte and he made the rental process so easy for me coming out of a house and down sizing to an apartment. He always kept me updated with everything and he was so patient with me. I can be a handful and he never complained about me a my daily questions no matter what they were about. Overall I am pleased with the apartment since this is the first one I lived in since the 80's.

Without going into my background I will say I have a 10 year old daughter and we stay in a 2 br apartment and been here on/off since 2011. I will tell you that there is so much to commend that I truly don’t have enough space to put in so I will try to be brief. My daughter and I enjoy the park, pool, our garage, and all the friendly people that live here. I do love it when if I want to be alone and enjoy tv with my daughter that I’m very satisfied NOT being bothered. But I do enjoy talking to people too and they have that here as well and everyone is friendly. The maintenance crew works hard to complete work orders. There is greet communications between staff to maintenance as well as staff to residents. I owe this to our management team Ashleigh, Gevonte as well as Ryan!!! They are all respectful and well respected in turn!! Thank you for all that y’all do!! I do notice I still get called sir and I notice no matter how busy you are that you do take the time to listen to the concerns of anyone. I like just going to front office to say hey with all the positivity in these apartments. Please take the time to consider these apartments as you not only find a place to live but a place to call and feel HOME!!!

I applied for an apartment but did not get the apt. We gave the leasing agent a check for the deposit. She said she would tear it up but instead deposited it. That was 3 weeks ago. We were told the returned deposit was mailed to us on 9/21/15. Now 9 days later we still have not recieved it. My husband is disabled & I need that money for the doctor tomorrow. Don't trust what they tell you, it's probably a lie.
This apartment is located in the Town of Lexington. It has it's own gate, pool, small theater, gym, and maintained by two hard working workers. Not too far away, there are restaurants, outdoor activities, and grocery stores for personal needs and wants. Downtown Columbia is not too far away either as it is the heart of South Carolina. This apartment is close by which is an excellent option.
Cedarcrest is a wonderful place to live! Apartments are very spacious, office and maintenance staff are very friendly and helpful, landscaping nice and well maintained. Pet friendly community with nice fenced dog area. Very conveniently located near shopping and restaurants. Also love that it is a gated community.

I'm not a person who like to get involved with a lot of my neighbors. I work so when I come home I like to close my door put my feet up and relax. I love my apartment and my sun room and feel very very safe here. The staff are wonderful. If I have a problem I have only to tell them and it is taken care of.

Staff is very friendly. The apartments are modern and energy efficient. The rent should be lowered...the community is not gated. The gate worked less than 3 months during my 12 month stay.
They need better parking. they need better maintenance. my apartment had mold and mildew for over 4 months, that they never treated. I ended up having to move out!! sad situation when these are fairly new apartments.
Good Tenants, office staff is very nice but there are major plumbing issues.
The gate only works 50% of the time. The pool is always closed because apparently no one on property knows how to use chemicals. They need to do more for the residents. Likes and suggestions: Its close to everything. My kids have a lot of friends here.
