Great apartment community that is peaceful, well-kept, with upgraded apartments for an affordable price. The location is amazing with the mall only 7 minutes away and downtown is 25 minutes. Really enjoy all the Smart phone apps for making it more convenient to live here.

Drug deals in the open, loud music at night, rodents and raccoons living in walls and ceilings. Cant keep gate working. Don't live here.

Non smokers beware, you will get second hand smoke inside your apartment from your neighbors. Found cockroaches our first night here. Snakes and spiders in every bush. New management does not have their computer system in place. Maintenance request and complaints are written in sticky notes and not followed through.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! Roach infested, constant water leaks, tows your cars even if you’re a resident the worse apartments ever!!

Wow!! I'm a happy happy New resident and truly happy with the staff in the office they truly deserve to be recognized for the hard work and effort.. thank you staff and keep the hard safe work up..I'm a happy happy resident..I sleep so good feeling safe I want everyone to know this is what I call home sweet home....

They really don't care about there residents! When i first moved in my toilet over flowed EVERY time i flushed it when i called them to fix it he came to my apartment and said "oh its this toilet" he explained they installed it wrong and already knew but still moved me in and told me to fix it i would have to find a place to stay for 2-3 days and then never followed up.. thats not the worst part my ac didnt work properly for 3 months and the man tried to say its because i left it on?? then when it finally really gave out they put me on a waiting list with 3 people ahead of me and it took over 2 weeks in the middle of summer in a 90 degree apartment with one single window unit that they gave me and it shorted the place out if left on too long.

Lazy Staff, horrible apartments. And bums everywhere. Cars get broken into.

I have lived here over a year and this is the worstplace to live. Everything is out dated and the staff is horrible and rude. The new management and old alike, have no respect for there residents. Do not move here, you will regret it. They cut the water off without proper notice. The water only get hot some times. Plus all the 1st floor apartments we're flooded during hurricane Harvey and everytime it rains, the parking lot floods. Also the bathrooms are the worst and need a full upgrade, along with staff, lighting and flooring.

This will be the last lease is sign with this apartment. We have constant problem with no hot water, black mold, our a/c freezes up three times a month, roaches, trash piles up around the dumpster, security gates have never worked, cars get broken into daily, management seems to change ever few months, and the current manager can not be bothered with anything that concerns fixing your issues. For the area there are lot of better choices, for the amount of money they charge, you are better of going somewhere else.

Currently live here, will not be resigning another lease. The manager is rude and always has an attitude, no customer service skills. Between the bugs and things breaking down constantly, it's over all star rating should be zero. Move else where, the security gates have been broken since we moved in two years ago, and we have been told they have no plan to fix the gates even though cars get broken into weekly. Save yourself before you waste one dime on this place.

I have lived here over a year now and have several differ manager. But I must say that the management staff we have now is awesome. They have make the complex look presentable. They have a pleasant attitude and is always professional. Cedars at ellington keep up the good work!
