Sandwiched between Fort Worth and Dallas, Arlington is part of the massive DFW Metroplex. This big (even by Texas standards), busy, thriving city is home to some powerhouse locations, including the University of Texas at Arlington, AT&T Stadium (home of the Dallas Cowboys), Globe Life Park (home of the Texas Rangers), Six Flags Over Texas, and Hurricane Harbor. These, along with Texas Health Resources, General Motors Arlington Assembly, and GM Financial, are some of the city's largest employers.
With so much happening in and around this active, dynamic metropolis, you'll never sit around your Arlington apartment wondering what to do. Head to the Arlington Museum of Art or the International Bowling Museum, visit the Village Creek Historical Area or SW Nature Preserve, go hiking at River Legacy Parks, see the animals at the Fort Worth Zoo, and go shopping at Grand Prairie Premium Outlets or the Parks at Arlington.

Property Ratings at Cedars at River Legacy Park
Each month we have to go a day without hater water. Work all day come home and have to take a cold shower. This is so unacceptable. Seems like this has been going on for the past couple of years. Why do t you just buy a hot water heater or do whatever you have to do. We pay entirely too much Money to not have hot water
parking is sloppy and unorganized, you WILL GET TOWED. even if you pay for a parking pass for 24 hours, if you're license plate is one number off it'll still get towed. $250 tow fee regardless. Theres no AC at all, its usually hotter inside than it is outside which is why I sleep with every window (literally, every single window) open and even then its still extremely hot and uncomfortable. They did a random inspection once to see what needed to be fixed, and never came back or heard back from them.
Do not move here ! The apartments are raggedy and poor , go without air, parking issues especially for guests, management is horrible!

They charge you for parking and then when THEY give you the wrong sticker, do nothing when your car is towed and you have to pay $300 to get it out. Apparently I’m supposed to ask the questions when I gave them All the information on my new car to get a parking sticker that I pay for monthly. they charge visitors $6 a day to park in MY APARTMENTS that I pay rent for. Regardless, I do NOT recommend these apartments to ANYBODY.

Here are a few of the reasons I would not recommend this complex: 1. They will nickel and dime you left and right. When the new management company took over, my utilities suddenly started increasing $10-15 each month. They also started charging $5 for guests parking every time they visit and/or every 24 hours. This is not downtown Dallas. 2. Safety is of no concern to management. The front gate has been broken since July. It’s now the end of January. I was assured that when new parking rules went into affect in October, the gate would be fixed. At the end of December, they said it was being fixed but they only did the exit gate. There’s an on-call safety person but when I called them at 11pm and left a message about someone viciously screaming and banging on the door next to mine, no one came. It continued for 3 hours. 3. Maintenance will enter your apartment at any time. On the request form, you’re asked if they may enter your apartment. Even if you select no, apparently by submitting the form, you’re giving them permission. They didn’t call and tell me this when the form was submitted, I just got home and noticed someone had been in my apartment. I will say, however, the maintenance team members who have helped me have been incredibly kind. They might be the only part of this complex I wouldn’t complain about. 4. The leasing office staff is incredibly rude. I’m sure they’ll leave a comment on this review apologizing and assuring you all that they care and value their residents but actions speak louder than words. If you even ask them a question about a new policy that’s being instituted or something that doesn’t seem right, the managers get defensive and rude. 5. The lack of communication from management is astounding. Sometimes I will get home from work and my water is shut off. In one instance, I called the office and they said they had to shut it off for an emergency 2 hours prior. They still had not let residents know. They never did and it was off for at least another hour. When they took over, they also didn’t tell anyone. The old payment portal just hadn’t had rent posted so I called after two days and they told me I had to bring in a check and couldn’t pay online. They made a formal announcement at least a week later. 6. The complex is dirty. No one cleans up after their dogs so there’s poop everywhere. People don’t listen to the “no leaving trash outside your door“ policy so when it gets windy, the trash they’ve left out blows everywhere.

I'm actually not a resident, my daughter is. I just would like to say that Tori was extremely helpful in getting my daughter into an apartment and it is perfect. The landscape is awesome, the people in the office are kind and accomodating, and the apartment is beautiful. This place is exactly what my daughter wanted and is in a great part of town. Tori, you are exceptional and the apartments are too. Thank you 903!!!

My family and I resided in these apartments for 8 years. When we first moved in the apartment complex it was very diverse with no problems at all. I felt very safe in the envirnoment and the maintenance WAS AMAZING. Those gentlemen really work their butts off to help as much as they could. The last 2 to 3 years we started to experience break-in's to our cars (which were reported to office and to police as well) to the point that we just couldn't take it anymore. The pool in the courtyard became the community pool area. I mean people would show up by the car full and swim until all times of the night and they didn't reside there. At times it was so bad that there was underage drinking and fighting all hours of the night. We complained several times and nothing was done. Residents were sick of calling the police too. Then a year ago they were dealing drugs out of the complex and that is where we drew the line. It had become a very unsafe envirnoment for me and for my family. Management knew as well since it was reported to the office by several residents that lived there. We found bullet shells in the parking lot and it just kept getting worse. The water was shut off I cannot tell you how many times. It was so frustrating. This went on for 8 years. I know we should have left sooner, but we loved the apartment complex until things were being overlooked and not being done on behalf of the residents that resided there. We had a small roach and rodent problem which was taken care of immediately. The area too is too congested with traffic, whether it was duing game days at either stadium or just construction trucks jamming Collins. It had just became a nightmare. Again, I am not bashing them it just isn't a safe ennviroment especially with the drugs, guns and break ins. You can go online or to your public police department for a record for all the breakin and burlary's that go on at the complex. The rent has gone too high to live in an unsafe area. Good luck and happy apartment hunting.
Moved in this past week! My dog and I are loving it. The dog park sold me on this place. The kind neighbors, punctual maintenance team, and fellow dog owners are helping to make it feel like home.
I’ve been living in my one bedroom since September 2017. It’s now April and I’m already searching for a new place. I haven’t had a problem with roaches or anything. Just the environment. People are rude and don’t care about your property. My car has been hit, backed into, dings all over my doors. There’s never anywhere to park unless you want to walk from the front gate all the way to your apartment. The gates are always getting broken. The units have been “newly renovated” then why are my cabinets falling apart? The carpet is peeling up. Paint splotches all over the walls. The floors creak really bad but that’s to be expected with an older property. People leave their trash outside their doors for DAYS. The dumpster is literally right outside my apartment. Not a far walk. The guy living above me is rude. I’ve complained to the office and to the guys face about him stomping loud and slamming doors and yelling. To no avail. The group of people under play their music so the world can hear and proceed to belt out the lyrics at the top of their voice. So loud I can sit in my bed and just record and you can here them as if we were in the same room. I’ve also noticed my apartment door being unlocked on several occasions. I always close my bathroom door and I’ve come home and it be open along with my patio closet. This place is too expensive for how it looks and how you’re treated. I can say I do not feel safe living here.
Since I been living here my husband motorcycle was stolen off this property. Four months later some broke in my husband truck. S Since I been living here my husband motorcycle was stolen off this property. Four months later someone broke in his truck. The neighbor next door someone broke in his truck they broke the passenger window. The other neighbor someone stole his car they later found it down the street with a loaded gun in it. These apartments suck they making millions of dollars off us and they refuse to hire 24 hr security and put surveillance cameras up. All they can say is sorry. I'm moving I been victimized twice since living here they want all this money a month but won't keep the residents property safe. Please don't move here if you don't want your car broken into or your property stolen. Please I beg of you this is an ongoing problem back here and they refuse to do anything about the situation.
Great apartment location. Management takes seriously keeping property maintained and all systems working properly to meet residents needs and expectations. This is my second apartment at this complex. The first apartment, where I lived for two years, was not fully upgraded when I moved in because I needed something immediately being that I had just arrived in the state. I've been at this apartment for one month. Any issues that I have had have been taken care of immediately. The staff is extremely helpful. They have two pools with gas grills, carports, gated community, and 24 HR maintenence. Sorry no fitness center on site. Convenient to fitness center, shopping, restaurants, and entertainment within 10 minutes or less.
Great for the family with 1,2, and 3 bedroom apartments that have many if the options of a Townhouse or Condo and a nice pool, jacuzzi, and family bar b que patios.
