Property Ratings at Cedarwood
Noises pollution, thin walls and ceilings, sloppy maintenance, sloppy remolding the hallway and stairwell, rent out unstable emotional people, gaslighting repair man, fleas and insects get in the window, thermostat is not compatible to the unit, window leak air and old, windows has stains on it won't come off, and foundation is bad. A/c filters is not replaced monthly and it leaks out in the hall ways, or on our alc unit. Maintenance makes up excuses.
RE 256 BLDG Norton Rd Cedarwood. Decent looking on the outside. Maintains lawn regularly. INSIDE...carpets in hallways and stairwells stained, ragged, missing in places showing nothing but bare cement floor, laundry room is dirty, broken tile flooring, rotting wood floors underneath and behind the machines showing bare rotting wood floor with black mold. SERIOUS and continuous pot smoking in the building even though it's a non smoking complex. All floors and individual units suffer from the extreme pot smell. Maintenance is great about fixing residents issues within the individual units though. You can get so much better for your money. These apartments are not worth what they are renting for considering how dumpy the place is. I rented from the owner for 15 yrs and husband for 26 yrs. We JUST moved out. So GLAD to be out! Didn't realize just how bad it was until we were living in such better conditions for LESS money! Greystone properties no longer seems to take pride in their apartments anymore. Used to not be that way.
