We really enjoy living here at Celadon on Club!! Maintenance responds in a timely manner. The office staff is welcoming and professional. The neighbors are friendly and mind their business. Our apartment is spacious and comfortable.
This apartment complex is very beautiful with great amenities. However there are some issues that I feel are a bit of an inconvenience on a daily basis. The gate entrance is annoying when both residents and guest are trying to get in at the same time, also the space can get really crowded and residents can get stuck behind guest while waiting to get in. The mail room is annoying. Sometimes you don’t get a notification about your package and other times it doesn’t tell you correctly where your package. Parking is also difficult but I know that’s being resolved so hopefully that will get better soon. Overall a lovely complex just has some minor issues that would make it 10x better if they were fixed.

After coming from an apartment complex who treated us so poorly, Celadon was a breath of fresh air. I enjoyed the thoughtfulness throughout the complex as well as the manager Sarah. She made the experience amazing! So far, living here has been a great experience and I appreciate the warm welcome!

Everything has been amazing, the place is very nice and quiet. I like that they regularly do maintenance on the units and they always communicate any eventuality to us by email.

I’ve had a wonderful experience living at Celadon and wanted to share what makes it so great. First off, Sarah, the property manager, is fantastic. Her professionalism and attention to detail have made a difference. She’s always attentive, approachable, and goes above and beyond with her customer service. Living here has been so much better thanks to her. The apartment itself is new and comes with some great features. I particularly love the well-equipped gym, the walking trail, and the car wash area – they’re all fantastic additions and added to my overall satisfaction. The maintenance team also deserves a shoutout. They’re super responsive and handle any issues quickly and with care, so I never have to worry about problems lingering. Location-wise, it’s perfect. Being close to parks, grocery stores, and a variety of restaurants makes life so much easier. Overall, my experience at Celadon has been great thanks to Sarah and her team, the modern amenities, the responsive maintenance, and the excellent location. Highly recommend it!

I believe this community is really great. The staff do an amazing job at trying to keep everything clean and organized. We get many email reminders so that the complex stays presentable. My only issue is with the package delivery. I wish there was a better system in place.

The apartment is very comfortable. It’s got a nice layout and I really enjoy the view that I got. It is peaceful. The community itself is well maintained, pleasant to walk around. I specially like the gym and the walking trail. The leasing office is great and they do try their best to ensure the best living experience.
El complejo esta ubicado muy cerca de la i85, y a pocos minutos de la pleasant hill lo que hace que este en un sitio inmejorable debido a su cercania a muchos lugares comerciales , ademas me a gustado mucho el gimnasio cuenta con maquinas muy buenas y esta siempre bien aseado.

El complejo muy bonito el personal es muy agradable y todas las comodidades ,solo que no hay un área para poder hacer una reunión y esto te con lleva a usar las áreas comunes las cuales los vecinos son tan delicados q le va a molestar hasta el sonido al caminar con esto quiero decir que no puedes hacer nada que todo molesta , y está claro q dias de semana las personas trabajan pero ni tu fin de semana puedes disfrutar
