When most people think of Orlando, they immediately picture the massive theme parks that draw millions of visitors from across the globe every year. But the city has a developed a distinctive personality outside of tourism, and nowhere is this on display more than in Downtown. Downtown Orlando serves as the city's hub for both business and culture, and has become a lively center for nightlife, performing arts, retail, and galleries. The bar and club scene is legendary, and touring musicians from around the world regularly stop in to play on the many local stages. Even though the theme parks are only minutes away, tourists rarely venture into the Downtown district, allowing the local culture to develop into something uniquely Orlando.
From the historic homes of Eola Heights to the stylish bungalows of Thornton Park to the high-rise apartments in the North Quarter District, Downtown Orlando offers living arrangements to suit any taste and fit any budget.

Property Ratings at Celano
PROS: -The staff and property manager will tell you exactly what you want to hear--even if it means lying to your face for six months. Talk about going above and beyond! -Maintenance will show up quickly, except for when they don't. And they'll encourage you to up your DIY skills by leaving repairs unpainted or unfinished! So cool! -The units and the complex look super nice, so you'll have something to lift your spirits once you realize what a mistake you've made by signing your lease. CONS: -These apartments are made of tissue paper and duct tape. Noise and plumbing problems are a universal complaint. If you happen to get the neighbors from hell like I did, get ready to enjoy the sounds of screaming and domestic violence at all hours of the day and night, so loud that even earplugs and a white noise machine can't save your ability to sleep. If you complain to staff about it, they'll do nothing except gently ask them to stop (if that!), even when the behavior is disruptive enough to repeatedly violate the lease. -I'm not exaggerating about the plumbing problems. Our unit has flooded on two separate occasions. The first time, the cheap contract plumbing company they hired wouldn't come out for four days, so I was left mopping up questionable water in my kitchen every few hours and unable to use my sink for the better part of a week. The second time, the neighbors from hell sent a deluge of brown water through the ceiling of my bathroom. Maintenance sorted out the problem in their unit, but I was just left to clean up the contaminated water myself with no protective equipment, supplies, guidance, or help. -The "smoke-free community" is a joke. If the neighbors from hell feel like decorating your porch with cigarette butts (or garbage, or knives) the staff can't be arsed to do anything about it. If you're looking at this complex for the reasonable price and nice-looking units, turn around and run away as fast as you can. And if you are Celano's staff, do not bother replying and asking me to reach out to you individually to "make this right." I did just that for SIX MONTHS. You told me you would do this or that to fix it, and then did NOTHING!
This place is completely unlivable you can hear everything your neighbors are doing and i mean everything talking, doing laundry, using the bathroom etc it’s terrible

I moved in about 7 months ago and I enjoy living on property. At first it was a little crazy because they made so many changes to the property but they all ended up being for the better and it has been a great experience so far. Will keep updating
I had a great experience here and the leasing agent answered all of my questions with ease! I really liked the amenities that the offered as well, the saltwater pool is a great idea and it’s so much better for you!

I enjoy living here, the atmosphere is very relaxed and I don't feel like stress of a normal complex. When you walk the community people are happy and seem like they actually enjoy their lives unlike other places.

I have been living here for years now. The property has undergone so many changes, including staff. It has been frustrating at times, but the new property manager Yakshira and the assistant manager Ian have gone above and beyond to make this place beautiful. They have added so many amenities to make this place stand out above the others. A dog park, saltwater pool, BBQ and games. This place seemed to go from an "Eh" property to an "A" property in the matter of months and I am an extremely happy camper. When you walk into the office you can tell that they are busy but will take the time to make sure that you feel valued as a resident, unlike the old management team. I honestly feel that this place turned 360 from what it was and is a great place to be. Props to Ian and Shira for the work that they have put in to the community to make it a better place. You can truly see all the work that they have put in. This is one place that I am proud to be a resident of and hope that the community stays a great place to be.

I fell in love since I moved in here. The apartment is so cute and feels homey. They look a little older from the outside but they are BEAUTIFUL on the inside. I think it really sets this place apart from other apartments. There is also enough room between doors, so you do not feel like you are living right next to someone. I have really enjoyed living here and I hope I can stay for a while :)

Hi, We are so pleased you were satisfied with your stay at Veridian on Bumby and wish yu all the best in your new home! Thank you!
Overpriced. Thin walls. Illegal activity in parking lot. Police were here 17 times in last month. Office staff is incompetent maintenance never shows. Roaches. They don't do pest control. Way nicer places for the price. They do not care about tenants

I am currently in the masters program at UCF and I love the area of this complex. I was originally looking for a place downtown, but the price for this area was SO much cheaper compared to downtown. This complex is super close to downtown, Publix and a Super Target. When I first came in for a showing I wasn't to sure because it it was not in the location I wanted. After talking to the Staff I feel that this is one of the best options. They were extremely helpful in the process and answered any questions, even the ridiculous ones. I get the benefits of down town living without the price. I couldn't be more happy with the service I have received with this company and the staff; Yakshira, Ian and Taylor.

Thanks for rating us! We're thrilled that you enjoy living at Veridian on Bumby. We look forward to living and working with you for a long time.
We live in a 600sf apt. No central air or heat just window unit that doesnt cool, so we added 2nd ac unit. The ac is so loud you have to turn off the ac to hear tv. We pay $765. and I think it should only be 600. We have been here 5 months and already are looking for bigger when our lease is up. It is located on a bus line, and close to shopping, etc. Great for people who dont have transportation. The leasing staff and maintence are quick to respond if there is a problem. They know I take care of there property as it were my own.
This apartment complex is the perfect place in-between work and night life. Downtown is a 5 minute drive away. The airport is a 10 minute drive away. The bus system has a stop right outside the complex. Everyone here is friendly, there are a mix of people; old, young, families, singles, etc. The staff are friendly and helpful with any issues. They have a functioning laundromat, "gym", pool, and computer room on the facility. You can't have the good without the bad though. The window in my bedroom faces the entrance to the complex. When cars pull in at night, your room lights up, so extra curtains and blinds are necessary. When it rains it floods so I have to walk through a "pool" to get to my apartment. My neighbor has a friend who is always drunk and sitting on the porch smoking, so I have to have an awkward conversation with him everyday when I get home. Sometimes he knocks on my door (multiple times a day) to tell me something random or ask me for money. It makes me very uncomfortable. Besides that, its a nice place to live.
