Do not move here. Way overpriced for what you are getting. I have lived here for 2 1/2 years and cannot believe I have paid into this for so long and cannot wait until my lease ends. My mother in law passed yesterday and we have been dealing with many unexpected expenses and bc we are two weeks late on our October rent they are threatening to take us to the attorney’s office and said it will be a $350 fee on top of the $150 late fees we have already incurred. They only gave us 24hrs warning as well. I called and spoke to the property manager Samantha and let her know I get paid on Friday and they refuse to work with us. She expressed no empathy. I was already willing to pay the $150 late fees and I was just hoping to have some flexibility so we are not taken to the attorneys office but no, apparently they cannot do that. Mills Properties and Celtic Crossing DO NOT care about their residents, they care about one thing and that is money.

Hi We regret that you weren't satisfied with your experience. It is disappointing for us to hear that your experience was anything less than great.
Do not be surprised if they use various tricks to steal your money. I moved out last week, and they are trying to charge me $100 for a fob card I never received. I am absolutely certain that they never gave me a fob card, and I never questioned it because I didn't use any amenities in this community. I didn’t even know there was a fob card for amenities. The funny part is, when I was returning my keys, I asked them, "Hey, do you need anything else? That is all from me, right?" And they said, "Yes, thank you for choosing us." Guess what? Just as I arrived at my new home, they sent an email saying they were going to charge me for a key fob that was never delivered. They refuse to take responsibility, even though it might have been overlooked when I moved in. We know the date they handed me the keys, and I have asked for any kind of proof, such as camera recordings, but they are rejecting my request and not providing any evidence to support their claim. I'm glad we didn’t have to pay a deposit when moving in; who knows what else they would do to take our money.

This is Mallesh and I've been renting this place for over 3years. This is a very quiet, clean, and beautiful community. The community's staff are fantastic, especially the property manager Mandy is a very very nice and friendly person. Samantha is very responsive to any type of questions. They take care of this property. The supervisor Randy is available 24/7*365 days for any type of maintenance issues and even available on holidays for emergencies. They never miss routine checks before winter and summer. Dan is the new guy but he's catching up very well. I love this community especially their pool parties and prizes :), and I am very satisfied with my choice. Overall amazing place to rent!!

When I had to move from my condo in Barrington Downs these apartments were affordable and to top it off they are well managed. When I had a fire they put me up and paid for me for a year which it didn't take that long. They are angels doing God's work.
I live in a brand new apartment complex. In fact the guys are out there now finishing up the last building. Brand new is great, but it doesn't mean perfect. When something needs maintenance in my apartment the staff acknowledges my request quickly and almost just as quickly take care of the problem. Every employee I have met at Celtic Crossing has displayed the same amount of professionalism whether it is in person, by email or phone. The staff has also invited me to come to the clubhouse for some free coffee and conversation. I have to say I am the one doing most of the talking, but they know me and my dog by name and I consider them friends. The other residents and I have been clamouring for a community event so we can get to know each other. That means you have a bunch of happy tenants. People make the apartment. We are having our first party tomorrow!
