Property Ratings at Centennial Commons
I have been here several years so I can say with sincere honesty this complex tries very hard to keep up the property. I can't say it is without problems but it is an older property. I think it would be unfair to write a negative review as even the best of places can run into repair requests or problem tenants. I have felt the people who live near me to be respectful of each other and management easy to talk with. I think anywhere you go you would have pros and cons. I feel it is a nice community to call home. Roseville is a great area I love being close to so many beautiful parks. I am happy to live here and have met some wonderful people who seem to care about where they live with their children and the schools the attend. I see continual work to improve things and that is a good sign.*
The ac doesn’t work (got it checked out twice, not to mention you can see outside because they didn’t do the installation right), the bedrooms are hot all the time, toilet doesn’t stop running (got that checked out too) the power went out in the entire building twice and it wasn’t even storming the second time. It’s extremely noisy and all the noise we’ve experienced went against the lease and the management refused to uphold that part of the lease, were condescending and rude as well. Kids are unsupervised and extremely noisy 100000% of the time. They don’t warn you AT ALL if there’s going to be construction, or even things such as water being turned off for hours on end. Every entry way into the community was being worked under construction and was nearly impossible to get home. I hate living here and I can’t wait to get out.
Lived here for a year. Very loud, can hear your neighbors very easily. The A/C unit did not work properly and never cooled off entire apartment. Children outside yelling with no supervision. Laundry machines seemed way too expensive for not cleaning my clothes well. Had an odor that I could not cover up. Management was always polite but could be very stand-off. Building isn't very secure, doors always being propt open or not shutting all the way. Honestly didn't feel safe walking outside at night. Walked past multiple people smoking weed right outside the apartment door on multiple different occasions. Not worth the cost of rent in my opinion.
I was a faithful tenant of this Mold Infested Death Trap for almost 4 years. The leasing manager and staff are rude, sneaky and very insensitive. My lease was terminated because I called the health department after many attempts to get the mold and moisture issues fixed were ignored. The management treated me as if I were stupid, and they just didn't know that I had the good sense to get a lawyer. Myself and my children suffered severe allergy and asthma issues while here. They are so petty that they tried to illegally terminate my lease with only 1 month left! I cannot wait to get out of this hole and move my children and I into a safer place. I have already found a much nicer larger cheaper place with all of the amenities I already had Plus a few more!! There has also been many occasions where my mailbox was broken into and my neighbor's drug addicted boyfriend stole my Ipad right from my 3 year old daughter's hands!! They did absolutely Nothing to help. They would rather appease to the low lives such as pedophiles, thieves, and crack heads, than to take care of tenants who actually look out for and help to keep the property up. It's sad. The apartment is nowhere near worth the insane rent prices or the Trouble! #BEWARE
The apartments are over priced for what you are getting. Outdated A/C units (they leak). The maintenance is slow to fix issues, weed is a big issue in rooms close to yours, so if you have children I suggest staying away.
We were in the market for immediate occupancy. The residents surely like the community because we had to look elsewhere for what we needed. The staff were very efficient in proving the information we requested and always courteous even when they could not accommodate our need.
Before you apply make sure that you have them look over your income. They try to sell to you that they have lived on site for many years and that they are family, which makes it appear nice to have a family run business. They collected the application fee of $35 and then did the income certification. Then after I was denied for the apartment I asked for my check back and they refused to give it back to be even though I signed a paper stating I would pick it up, they still cashed my $300 deposit check. I think they are sneaky and rude. All I wanted was accountability and all I got was rude and a defensive attitude. Very unprofessional place, I'm glad it worked out that I didn't live there.
Looked at the aprtment today. The office staff was very accomodating. Showed all the ammenities, which is great for the amount of rent charged. Can't wait to move in!!!
I haven't moved in yet. But the staff has been very nice to work with. Very nice looking apartments. Can't wait to move in.

Apartments are ok but I think a little highly priced when there is an income limit they adhere too. Heard a few negative things on the p[lace so I am staying away.
