Situated northeast of Nashville and just south of Goodlettsville, Northeast Nashville blends a small-town feel with big-city convenience. This community provides a charming contradiction, juxtaposing early 20th-century architecture with an array of modern, suburban shopping centers.
Although it is easily accessible from Nashville’s vibrant center, Northeast Nashville promises residents a quiet escape from the bustle of city life. In the general area, travelers find pastoral parks, old-world stonework, and an overall friendly atmosphere. Northeast Nashville touts a growing, diverse, and welcoming community, in addition to quick access to Interstate 65, affording many in the community short commute and travel times.

Property Ratings at Centennial Crossing at Lenox Place
Lived here just over a year, anytime past 5PM there is no parking. There is a police officer who lives in my building and he parked on the street for lack of parking and was ticketed, possibly towed, all because they can't keep their "entrance control" gates working. They routinely blame residents for this, claiming people hit them, but I have lived in several gated communities, none of which blame residents for what is obviously faulty equipment. If they can't keep gates working, they need to issue parking passes so residents don't get towed out of their own apartments. There is no easy way to get in touch with the office, no email or texting, so you have to call (always goes to voicemail, look forward to waiting weeks for a callback) or go into the office (and wait 30+ minutes every time for agents on personal calls and ignoring phones). Our circuit breaker wiring was messed up and literally melted a few circuit blocks, the electrician they had to call out (after our water heater broke twice and they decided to wait a week for what they claim is emergency maintenance) said the company that made them went out of business in the 70s for fire hazards. You'd think they'd replace those rather than put their residents at constant risk of fire!! Do not recommend, they throw in all sorts of extra fees they don't tell you about when you tour/sign a lease, their "valet trash" people rarely pick up when they're supposed to, but you pay anyway... Definitely look elsewhere.
I'm really happy with Centennial I haven't lived here long , but eve become every close to the Office team and maintenance team is always very caring and sweet to me. Sophia is my girl.
"A great place to call "home" for the past six-years. The office staff is extremely accommodating and friendly. They are very sensitive to residence needs, and are quick to attend to them when issues arise. In addition, the grounds and facilities are maintained with courteous workers. GREAT JOB- Centennial Crossing as you continue your endeavors to improve our residence.
I just moved out after 3 years. The apartments have been slowly going down hill and the cost goes up every year, the reason I was given for the cost increase is because they can. The gates have only worked apx 6 months of the 3 years I was there. I was out of state when I closed on my condo. I called the apartments to let them know and was told I had to put it in writting in the office, I could not do it on line. I went to the office as soon as I returned and they are going to charge me 3 extra days because I did not give them 60 days notice. They are billing me for the full month not just 3 days. I called and asked about it on the 1st and was told that it would be prorated the next Monday, it is now Thursday and they are still billing me for the entire month. The quality of the tenents has gone way down, parties in the parking lots, cars speeding thru the parking lots. If you go some where and do not get back by 8pm you mwill be lucky to find a parking space close to your apartment.
The owner is incapable of running a bisness, the staff is clueless, the repaire team never show up, the apartments are falling apart, and the gates never close. This place is one drug bust away from being considered a meth den. Please do not move here there are better places for the same or cheaper price!

Great location! Very close to interstate and 10-15 minutes from downtown Nashville. Lots of restaurants nearby. Kroger sits right down the road. Quiet complex except for the nearby traffic and occasional ambulance or fire truck on Conference Dr.
new owners , new management, new remodels. i have been here almost a year and staff is friendly from office to maintenance, they are quick to assist in any problems that arise.
this apartment is located in a great spot. There is easy access to I65 to get you downtown quickly. It's far enough away to for quiet. There are plenty of places to shop. Just hop over a bridge to shop at Rivergate Mall. Or a 20 minute drive to Opryland Mall or West End mall/shopping center. The updated apartments are beautiful. The area is beautiful but the one downside to all of it is park. I love my apartment but I hate the parking here. I have to park about two buildings over most of the time, which is not cool if I have to work in the evening or if I go out. I'm sorry to say this seems to be the norm. Instead of guaranteeing at least one spot for each resident in front of their building, I have to struggle if I have groceries or whatever. They continue to allow motorcycles to take up a whole space when there are plenty places the could just lay a little concrete down to make a small parking spot. There are some residents who are parked up to four buildings away. If you can live with that then otherwise you will find a great place to live here.
