Property Ratings at Centennial Estates
Perret homes manages this and they will do everything in their power to screw you out of money when you leave. Don't trust their word on anything, get it in writing first. Lived here for 3 years and everything was fine until we wanted to move out. Life lesson learned, get everything in writing!
I pay $725 per month for my 2 bed, upper unit facing the water, which is a little more pricey compared to others in the area but all utilities except electricity are included. You don't see that all too often, so that really was what made my choose this particular building. Also, the location is great. Nestled right on the outskirts of Green Bay, off highway 29. It is an up and coming neighborhood, so there is expected to be many shops and things added along the boulevard to make it like a downtown atmosphere. There are some negatives. The building itself is beautiful, but the plaster on the walls chips very easily. I have a large chunk that fell off in the corner of my kitchen. Also, the response time for management is poor. There is no in-sitr management, so expect to wait for repairs.
I have been here for almost 2 years and it's been great! Apartments are clean, quiet and safe I have never had any problems. Maintenance fixes things fast, snow is plowed early. Landlords are very friendly. Quiet neighborhood, walking path right outside. By far best apartments I have rented.
Nice apartment, quiet neighbors, great neighborhood. Building is clean, well kept, and we have had no management problem. The location is perfect, close to the highway, and a great place to have kids and pets!
Im am currently an NWTC student and lived in these apartments last year while going to school. The apartments are in a quaint and quiet neighborhood conveniently by Hwy 29 and only roughly 10 minutes away from West Mason St. (NWTC, Walmart, etc..) There's also plenty of sidewalks for going for walks and runs! The apartments are beautifully finished & updated and you really get a lot of bang for your buck ! The Perret Homes staff was also very helpful, personable, and professional. The only complaint I have is the sound proofing in the apartments. While it wasn't terrible it wasn't super awesome either. I lived on the upper level and the people below me complained to the staff that they could hear me walking around at night, the beeping of my microwave, etc.. Like i said it wasn't terrible just not what I expected from a newer build.
