Property Ratings at Centennial Lofts
This was the worst experience of our lives. We moved within a month of being there. Disgusting mold. Ceiling and walls so thin you can hear ever step, work, tv, literally anything and everything. I had a full conversation with my upstairs neighbor at a normal volume. The management was horrendous.

Made an appointment and she didn’t even show up, leasing office was unlock with nobody in there. How you trying to rent units out and you not answering the phone or showing up to appointments that were made. We just wanted to tour the place and see if we could get in. They playing around

Oh, my goodness if we missed you, we are so sorry. We are a one-person office a majority of the time and from time-to-time emergencies do pop up on site that may have unexpectedly pulled us out of the office. We would love to make it up this inconvenience to you - call our office directly.
Let me start by saying I did everything virtually due to covid, so i had never seen my apartment in person. But, in September, they sent me a video walkthrough of “my unit” and sold me on a different one. Apartment catfishing is REAL!! When I first moved in, I had thousands of bugs. Roaches, recluses, centipedes, daddy long legs and more. It took forever to get someone to come spray so i did it myself but it still didn’t do much. Mold is a big problem. The residents here are so extremely disrespectful. Blaring music at ALL hours of the day and night, leaving broken alcohol bottles and trash everywhere. The parking lot is the worst. The walls are so thin you can literally hear everyone’s conversations. Take it from me who didn’t listen to the bad reviews, pay the extra $100 to move in somewhere nicer!!!! If you absolutely have to, you can learn to live here but i’m only doing that until my lease is over. The new management, i will say, is better. There just isn’t much they can do about this property and it’s horrible residents.
With the new management, I feel that the community is improving. She's (I think her name is India) very nice, friendly, accommodating, and cares about my well-being living out here. I like my apartment, it's very comfy and feels like home. I look forward to the new renovations and floor plans they will be offering soon.
The management of this property is terrible. They give you wrong information or tell you something one day then change it the next day. The communication is horrible. They are currently renovating so be prepared to deal with the workers all in the parking lot and blocking the entrance/exit. They work on weekends, so all you hear is them yelling and using tools and banging on the walls. The apartments that have not been renovated are infested with roaches, which travel into the other apartments. The air/heat units do not help keep you warm or cool, so you will probably have to buy fans or heaters to put around. This is one of the worst places I have lived with the worst management!
