Downtown is the largest commercial area in Atlanta and includes a healthy mix of office buildings, upscale residences, signature attractions, and off-hours amenities. The key landmarks are clustered together on the west side of Downtown: Centennial Olympic Park, which hosts festivals and community events throughout the year; tourist attractions such as the Georgia Aquarium and the World of Coca-Cola; and the home arenas for Atlanta’s professional football and basketball teams. Shopping and entertainment come together in Underground Atlanta, and popular Downtown venues such as the famous Tabernacle regularly host major national touring acts.
As the central business district for Atlanta, folks who choose to rent apartments in Downtown tend to be corporate professionals seeking to live within walking distance of their workplace.

Property Ratings at Centennial Place
The management is terrible. I setup the autopayment, however, they charged extra money each month for 10 months for a total of nearly $2000. I asked for the reasons of the overcharge, they could not figure out the reason. The only possible reason was that the hacker entered their system, but they refused to return the money back. Do not rent here if possible, it will waste you a lot of money and time.

I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. We take matters like this very seriously and will investigate further to ensure it does not happen again.
We lived here almost 2 years. the staff is really bad and no helpers. it is forbidden to have a barbecue, forbidden to put a bicycle on the balcony, forbidden to put it at the entrance of the building. the sports center and the swimming pool never worked. when you call them, you feel like you are disturbing them. security is not assured, the doors do not close, the parking gate remains open day and night, the neighbors are sometimes extremely noisy and the staff does nothing. the quality of the apartments is really bad. I think they don’t know the sense of the word « community » Run away from them

Hello. Due to the nature of your concerns, we feel it would be best if we spoke with you directly. Please give us a call when you have a moment. Thanks.
DANGEROUS, NO AMENITIES, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Whoever said the front desk staff is willing to help and accommodate your needs is WRONG. I was excited to move in due to the location when I realized that my apartment had been broken into before we moved in (there's broken glass under the windows and hand prints on my window). The valet trash has NEVER picked up my trash, and no matter how many times you call the front desk, that never changes. Homeless people constantly walk around and look in your windows. One actually stole my patio furniture! All of it :). The parking lot gate is ALWAYS open. No matter how many times you call to close it for security purposes. NOTHING changes! Ever! There were multiple shootings in my parking lot. The SWAT team even came and pulled Ak-47's out of the neighbor's backpack. Even though I was emailing the leasing staff begging to be let out of the lease early and CLEARLY communicating that I was not going to renew my lease, they are still charging me an additional $1500 for not submitting a proper non-renewal lease form. Sure, it was in my contract, but they could have reminded me of that while I was going back and forth with them. Nope, they saw the opportunity to get extra money and ran with it EVEN THOUGH they did not hold up their end of the contract by providing the amenities they promised or security! Funny how that works!!!!!! Probably won't get my deposit back either :-) Please don't live here :-)

My experience at Centennial Place was awesome! I really enjoyed the virtual tour. I was able to get all my questions answered virtually. The team was very nice. I look forward to moving in soon. This is definitely how apartment searching should be. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

Great Location. Horrible Office. $25 Valet trash is a scam. Not once has anybody came to get my trash from my apartment. On top of that, they allow trash to pile up at the dumpster for weeks at a time. Including old mattresses, couches, and smelly trash that gets rained on. The leasing office staff always has an excuse as to why they can’t help you.

We are very disheartened to see that you are unhappy and feel this way about our community and staff. We never want to see that our residents feel this way, and we encourage them to speak with our staff when they have concerns with any policies or are unhappy with any services they receive. We are here for you, and we ask that you reach out to one of our team members to discuss this further.
I had to sign the lease 3 times before they finally gave me an apartment to stay in. Despite having the signed the lease they told me nothing was open yet? So I was essentially homeless for 2 weeks after moving here. Then my laundry had mold in it and they still haven't changed it. I've been here 6 months. They didn't have an electric meter number for me which even Georgia Power thought was very suspicious, and I ended up paying for someone else's electricity for 2 months. There is trash everywhere which brings lots of cockroaches into EVERY apartment. Parking lots which are supposed to be gated rarely are, and there is a homeless shelter down the street so there are homeless people sleeping everywhere. Management rarely gets anything done, if you call them about anything, they say they'll call you back and never do. When you have real issues, they brush it off like it's nothing. Don't stay here. It's really not worth it.
The management do absolutely nothing to help you, they smile to your face and tell you lies and get nothing done. This is not at all a safe neighborhood, and our parking lot gate has been open for at least 6 months, if not more. There is trash all over the place, nothing is well kept. My neighbor's washing machine has had mold in it for 6 months from before she got here and hasn't gotten a replacement. She now has developed respiratory problems. My upstairs neighbors drive me absolutely crazy and make disturbing (Screaming, crying, throwing things, running, stomping) noises till 2 or 3 AM, sometimes longer. When I talked to the leasing office about it (countless times), they essentially told me I was complaining too much about nothing and there was nothing they could do about it. RUN AWAY and never come back. Horrible management, very poor structured apartments (despite them looking all nice and pretty from the outside), most of the people who live here have kids who make a ton of noise, and nothing is well done. Please please please don't stay here, I wouldn't even wish my worst enemy to go through this hell.
I visited a college friend April 2019 on Hunnicutt Street and there was broke down vehicles with boots on the car. Went back October 2019 and the car is still there. Plus trash and filth all around the dumpster. What type of management and owners are these people. The owner should go to each parking lot and look at all the abandon vehicles and the filthy trash. Wow
The amenities are great and the location is very convenient with the highway being less than 3 minutes from my front door. Couple that with the very accessible downtown life and you really do have a great living situation. That is, until you need something from the office. The mail room is closed on saturdays (even though the office is open) which makes no sense to me -maintenance requests are more like maintenance suggestions with some requests taking weeks to complete -they habitually hold your package hostage if the mail-person isn’t there. (Completely ignoring the fact that it’s your property you’re there to pick-up) -the gym equipment is never ever clean and there are no cleaning wipes provided. (There are some machines that have been out of order during the entirety of my residency) But... I mean. Other than that, I guess it’s cool.
Great location, staff helpful and nice, timely manner to get things fixed. Decided to renew for another year.

The location is great!!!! The staff is really helpful
The closets are spacious and bathrooms are a good size. Great location!!!!!
The location is great, we are close to most things we do. It has two pools, a nice weight room and the staff is pretty helpful. The apartments are old, but, the company is in the middle of renovations and I am excited to see it!! Another thing I like about the complex is it's close to public transportation!!
